so this is odd to me as someone who knows shit-all about masectomies. what's with that little lobe of flesh sticking out of the start of the serratus? i saw the same from another one who had just yeeted the teets, so i first assumed it was just something up with the stitches, but nope, even with the arms down covering it and the years to heal you can see the lil pocket of flesh.

People say that a lot around here but I think something about anime must have triggered something in the western psyche specifically. Japanese gender fuckery tends to be relegated to old fashioned HSTS types or 'x-gender' which is like a proto-nonbinary. Do you have a theory as to why Western men are so affected by this stuff? Japan creates this shit but they don't have an AGP pandemic; and the Arab world has been getting into anime and manga hardcore in the last two decades, young men first of course, and they don't seem to end up as AGPs.
