I actually knew who Kirt was at the time and it spooked me into a defensive position where I consulted a few people to gauge the actual threat. I even went ahead and reviewed all our security measures.

Lol the only person Kirt's a threat to is himself. The clip is fucking hilarious too, I wasn't there for that part. I'm assuming now that he actually was in some kind of accident and wasn't making it up. His feet look fucked up and you can see the medical bracelet in the stream too I think. If I had to take a wild guess as to what happened I'd say he was driving while wasted and ended up rekting himself.

Anywhere here's Kirt on twitter today complaining about how nobody on 420chan takes him seriously because they're all just huge cunts and it has nothing to do with him acting like a screeching, grimacing psych ward escapee who thinks he's Mr. Robot.

As someone who used to like /wooo/, people don't like Kirt because he's a fucking idiot who tries to put himself over, and has mods who are, for some reason, afraid to ban shitposters that derail threads these days.
For instance, in the same 420chan board I mentioned, there are two idiots that shit up multiple threads every day. One of them is named Pokka / MinThami, who takes the internet so seriously that he once admitted that /wooo/ triggered his anxiety. He is a Dave Meltzer and All Elite Wrestling a-log, who has a blatant boner for Impact Wrestling and TJPW (mostly shit tier women's wrestling promotion). Multiple times, people call him out on his autism, and he always has to get the last word in. Did the mods ban this guy? Nope. The other one (nicknamed blrgy by the community for his ID) got a temporary ban over constantly arguing with people over wrestling shit, with the sealioning tactic of asking for proof of stuff where hard data isn't available. Instead of banning these two idiots, the whole site modified the ID system to, I guess, protect them instead of just banning them.

As much as Null stumbled over it, he did eventually ban Arm Pit Cream. 420chan mods, on the other hand, would bend over backwards to protect him for the sake of "contributions" if they had to deal with him. It's baffling. Just take a peek at /420/, there are threads shitting on Kirt and the mods on the front page - rightfully so.

Turns out he was awake for 48 hours straight streaming and drinking and supposedly popping pain pills the entire time too. I was only there for a bit near the end. Yet another once thriving community struck down by incompetent leadership and simping. Its a shame since 420chan was an interesting image board in that it wasn't trying to be 4chan+*insert X that was being banned/sidelined on 4chan at the time*. To Kirk's credit it did it's own thing and went in it's own direction without trying to hold on to 4chan's coat tails, and that is a large part of why it was successful for a while in my eyes. Was a fun place in the late 00s even if you were not in to drugs, they had their own memes/culture to that to this day is still reposted on 4chan.

Its actually sad to see Kirk so fucked up on pain meds after knowing him as a fun guy in the (way back) past. I swear to god running an imageboard will fuck up your life, seems to be the fate for most of the old admins I knew from the iichan circle and other groupings of 00s image boards. It only ruined mine for a while before I wised up and threw in the towel.

After WWE Network launched the tubes became significantly worse since most of what they showed was now copyright claimed. 2) Illegal streaming become much more widespread, and websites popping up that are more stable and better run. 3) /ASP/ being founded and being much less strict put the nail in the coffin 4) Aubrey being a faggot that no one ever liked anyways.

I can't help but notice there's little mention of Kirt's, shall we say, suspiciously "pedophile adjacent" behaviour in this thread. A lot of this ties in to stuff that's already been mentioned in the Sarah Nyberg thread where he was noted as being one of Sarah's biggest white knights despite the fact that Sarah is a horrific pedophile and child molester. I thought it would be good to collate some of this information in one place so we all know what's up.

A short history of Kirtaner being a pedophile:
Here he is getting banned from SomethingAwful back in 04 for being a pedophile. Supposedly this involved using creepy loli porn avatars and posting a lot of "ironic" pro-pedo rhetoric. As you can see he was banned here alongside another guy who, according to some posts in the Nyberg thread, was a pretty big time pedophile himself. Even back then Kirt found himself associating with pedos and to this day the goons of SA remember him as the weird anime pedo guy they banned.

About a year after being booted from SA, Kirt founded 420chan. In the early days of the site it was known to have an elusive child porn board by the name of /pedo/. Here's Kirt on Reddit denying that /pedo/ ever existed.

Now strangely enough, if you go the internet archive wayback machine, you'll see while the rest of 420chan is available to peruse at your pleasure, /pedo/ itself has been suspiciously excluded from the archive.

Here's where Sarah Nyberg comes into it. As you might a expect, a enthusiastic pedo such as Nyberg was one of the regular users of Kirt's /pedo/ board and mentions it multiple times in the FFshrines chatlogs that incriminated them as a pedophile in the first place.

As you can see in the latter chatlog, Nyberg claims the board was no worse that 12chan's /girl/, which isn't exactly a badge of honour. Presumably the board only allowed clothed pics as opposed to full blown CP, pretty fucked up by itself, and then Nyberg mentions that full blown CP was posted but was overlooked by Kirt and the mods and only deleted at much later date.

Long after Nyberg had been outed as a pedophile, we find Kirt allying with Nyberg on Twitter. We can see the archive of them being buddy buddy on Twitter here. Bonus points for Nyberg tagging Kirt in a tweet where they downplay the contents of the FFshrines logs as being "just ageplay".

You have to ask yourself: is there smoke without fire? And in Kirt's case, if there's a spate of fires in a half mile radius and the same guy is standing there with a boner every time the firefighters show up to put out the blaze, is it fair to assume it was him who did it? A lot of Kirtaner's banning from Something Awful remains in the archives. Here's what was going on at the time.

First off, this is his SA rap sheet (Wayback Machine, archive.md), as shown in the post above. This links to the post he got banned for in the anime forum, ADTRW (requires SA account with archives upgrade). I've attached screenshots of the pages relevant to the discussion to the post.

It starts with a user quoting Marshall Banana's fresh ban on a post from 2 years ago in the same thread, then 3 posts later Kirtaner responding. Posters from FYAD join and ridicule him, saying he's next and that he shoved stuff up his ass on webcam. Marshall Banana's ban was for uploading paedophilic content to his own open directory on a server that Kirtaner runs. Kirtaner's ban comes after posting he removed most paedophilic content off his server, on a post where he claims most of it was Marshall Banana's.

Later in the thread, they mention that most of the discussion over this happened in a FYAD thread. It's visible here and in attached screenshots. Here's a summary:

• Thread starts with people complaining about Marshall Banana posting pedo shit in Games and ADTRW
• Lowtax appears and says he wants to ban the guy for his pedo posting gimmick
• 3 posts later someone else brings up Kirtaner as being just as bad, to the approval of the thread
• Another poster mentions Marshal Banana's off-site pedo uploads

420chan most definitely had a /pedo/ board, as to what the specific content of it was I can't really remember as I didn't ever go there.
Most OG alt *chan sites were born(or at least prospered) after the infamous /b/day exodus. Invasions/raids being banned on 4chan were one major reason for the exodus, but loli/shota content/sexualized pictures of children being banned were another major reason, and every one of the early alt *chans catered to at least some form of the aforementioned content.

I mean, a lot of shit just ended up on dailymotion anyways, the WWE Network was not really much of a problem. As far as WWE goes, though, yeah, illegal streams are not hard to find. As far as many other promotions go, /wooo/tube ended up being more reliable. /asp/ was mostly an unmoderated piss hole, tbh, and given how slow it was at times, I can't imagine that it took that many users away from /wooo/. It had its moments, and when /wooo/ was busy taking internet drama superduper serious, /asp/ was a nice place to just laugh at the madness. /pw/ is filling that role now.

Minor update on 420chan, btw, kirtaner's twitch stream is now embedded near the bottom of boards instead of the top.

This is a whole other can of worms, but it's probably worth mentioning that, after Cracky-Chan content was banned on 4chan, 420chan started their own /cracky/ board--that is to say, a board functionally dedicated to stalking a 16 year old. If I remember, Kirt only took that board down with great consternation after the girl herself emailed him because people were trying to coordinate her address.

When I was younger there was one of those "virtuous pedos", really open about it, in this totally unrelated game hacking community I was a part of around the time that board came about. He was very active on 420chan and often talked about 12chan and the various retarded legal high type stuff that was trending at the time. The way I remember it is that 12chan (that hosted the still disgusting 'non-nude' child model sets and obviously had cp sometimes posted) finally got shutdown and this board was put up on 420chan as kind of refugee board for the guys in this circle. The same content was allowed. Some guys tried to get it shut down so Kirtaner disabled the image hosting or something for a while and introduced some mitigations. I don't remember the specifics of it, but I definitely remember this happening in the mid-late 2000s. I'm sure it has been pointed out already, but there are archives of 420chan where the board is mentioned on the front page.

And he was pretty fucking good at it.

Last straw, if I remember correctly, was a new global rule which forced sixty seconds between posts. Or was it the Grey Area rule? Well nevermind, you could probably look it up at ED if you wanted to and you don't and I'm too lazy. Anyway, that's when most people(I don't want to use the term "Anonymous" since nowodays it means some angsty teenage anti-scientology bullshit) got pissed off and moved to 7chan. 7chan, for first three days, was idyllic. Mods were riding high on the hype and were promising back to the basics and like it was and all that socialist rot. Then, things started to get really, really wrong. Memes were being forced like no tommorow just to be "different" from 4chan(only two are still alive, one is used by furfags). Similiarily, 4chan was being lynched like a homosexual in Pakistan. It came to the point where half the threads were "4chon sucks". "go back to 4chan" "4ailchan" etc. were used instead of retards and faggots. Anyone who tried to defend 4chan or pointed out that they all were members of that site not a fucking week ago was just banned and people foamed at the mouth at how awesome it was that these 4tards were getting banned. That's when the phrase MODS = GODS appeared.

7chon quickly became unusable. Back then I should probably have noticed signs of things to come, but hey, there were still parts of 4chan untouched by moot's furry hands(/g/, /n/, and most importantly, /v/ which literally became a second /b/) and more importantly, 420chan appeared.

420chan was everything you could want from a chan. The place was so liberal that so-called child models were posted regularly in /b/. Back when everyone was crashing down on fufags, you could post furry porn in 420chan. Of course, you would probably get cursed seven generations back and your thread saged to fucking hell, but you didn't get banned for it. Only things which were getting banned were things that threatened the very existence of the site - CP mostly. Well, in the end, 420 was TOO liberal for it's own good. Russian pedos started to turn the site into CM exchange ring, a new board was made just for CM, it ate all the bandwidth in two days and the site went down. When it came back several months later Kirtaner, the site owner, pretty much gave it away to his "friends" who quickly turned it into second 7chan.

Back at 4chan, moot was really cracking down on whatever was left. /n/ was capped. /g/ was capped. /tg/ got suddenly so infested with weeaboo faggots I left in disgust. So it was just down to /k/ and /v/, but /k/ was not nearly retarded enough. /v/ was, but the problem with /v/ was that it was not modded... most of the time. You could spam dumb memes, call people faggots for no reason, start consolewar threads... most of the time. Then a mod logged in and banned you. In a way, it was even worse than nazi moderation of 7chan. There, the rules were set in stone; /v/ was russian roulette. Then 4chon went Web 2.0 with the new layout and I decided that was the last straw.

Anyway, what was I talking about? This wasn't what I wanted to talk about. I wanted to talk about so-called cancer. See, all imageboards are now keen on hunting and eliminating cancer. Cancer from 4chan. 7chan started it, I'm sure, and everyone does it now; even 4chan where the cancer supposedly originated from. So what is this cancer? For the last month or so, I tried to find out. I went on several imageboards. I asked what cancer is. Sometimes subtly. Sometimes openly. And here are the results: No one has any fucking idea what cancer is. No one knows what the fuck they're fighting. But everyone fights the good fight. What's the end result?

The end result is moderation. Because we need moderators to protects us against cancer, see! - so let's add the mods and tell them to ban cancer. But there is no cancer. So mods just go with what's on top, or just plainly ban shit they don't like. The real cancer of imageboards is fight with cancer. It's moderation. Give people no-registration board and leave it be - so fucking simple but no one could pull it off for past, oh, two years? And so the imageboards become desensitized. They become dull. They become boring. They become pools of faggotry. They become normal forums, just with no registration and an option to post a picture embedded. Some of them have a forced ID, an unique number generated based on your IP, so you can see who's who.

Fucking disgrace. What was once the epitome, almost a symbol, of total lack of control, of will of the people posting in it - usually retarded and malicious will, but still - is now just another packaged, branded product. ED sells most of the memes on t-shirts and mugs anyway.

That's also ignoring the fact that @YourAnonNews posted his twitter ban message and posted it almost immediately after Kirtaner was suspended, meaning that they needed to be in direct contact on twitter and other services. Yeah pretty much, he's using the byuu shitshow as ammunition against kiwifarms in hopes of burying this thread.

Kirt is a legit narcissist. He doesn't actually have any morals or principles. His prime concern is now and has always been stroking his own ego. Or in this case, defending his reputation.
