To his credit, Russ does manage to stand out, just not in the way he thinks he does.
This pic is emblematic of all things wrong with Russ. He has things he doesn't need (dual monitor setup) and he screws up what he has (lamp in front of the couch).

This is a man who thinks he has what it takes to win the hearts and minds of watchers and give cash to a man who reeks of poverty and desperation (free trial software, 'in forma pauperis' denial) to influence the voters of a county he dosent even reside in....the hamster wasn't running full tilt in the wheel-generator when he big-brained this plan out.
The saddest thing about his video is how he frames it as getting "intimacy" and "affection" from a whore. I mean nothing against women who work in the sex trade but to them it's a business transaction. They will play the loving, caring girlfriend so long as you've paid them for this. And it might become a regular thing if you keep going back there but when it's all done she goes home and doesn't think of you. Unless you were really creepy and she has to have a drink to calm her nerves down.
Places like Vegas that have tried to change their image to be family destinations (especially the corporate casinos like Harrah's and MGM and the like) don't want the kind of scumbags (like Russhole) that brothels attract. While they tend to turn a blind eye to high class escorts who don't stink up the place, they're generally pretty hostile to the flat out hookers who charge $$$ instead of $$$$$. They don't want their family type visitors seeing that shit going on.
He's slightly more competent than other cows in that while he doesn't realize nobody wants to hear about him whoring around with hookers, he at least knows his job is something not to overshare about.
Since Russ thinks the girls at the Bunny Ranch are the hottest hookers in the business, he probably doesn't even know that the really hot girls are found at hotel lobbies and the high end casinos. Even if he did know, they charge far, far more than he can ever dream of afford, and if he did try to hire one and play the disability card, women like that usually have their own security who would show Russ the door. Painfully, if need be.
His use of capital letters for the first word of every slide, even if it's part of an ongoing sentence and not a proper noun....along with the other typos, is right on brand for Crusty Rusty but also infuriating. As with everything, he put almost zero effort into this and yet expects to be successful.
I think it's less sex and more she followed the script Russell laid out. Remember, Rusty has scripts in his head about how things should work out. For example:
