This is a banger for me though. The melodic lines fall within the comfortable ranges of Gura but I agree that they/she could've showed her vocal range to challenge her capabilities, and that the harmony and beat really gives off that typical anime opening vibe. She did use a little greek, have some counter-english lines, and mostly japanese lines to say the least. I have a feeling Gura has put much, if not most, thoughts into the lyrics. You can literally read and understand what she's trying to say and what she's trying to portray. I guess I really do prefer the emotions and message being delivered/conveyed as compared to the accompaniment and beat.

EXACTLY THIS, and if I may add, it also serves as a window into her thought process of how she thinks people see her and expects of her. You can also feel her anger and frustrations in some lines that she doesn't want to conform to whatever people thinks of her, and that she'll just do what she wants because she wants to live her life to the fullest. She is where she is now because of her friends and us, and she really sounds grateful for it; but she doesn't want to be eaten by the deep expectations from us.

I hope it's not just me but even some of the parts sound like the slightly higher-pitched Senzawa voice she used it in her meme videos. Like the "old and scrawny" "return to what you know" lines
I'm getting into this rrat

I don't like it tbh.

Too much autotune, and sounds like generic edgy anime jpop. Her voice is beautiful, yet they turned it into something soulless.

I was expected something more acoustic, an English song at least. I don't believe this is the kind of music she wants to make.
