During Shion's meme review, it came up that she had asked YAGOO to be in reddit meme review, but he turned her down.
She hates japanese salaryman "living" that much is for sure, however I think the challenge of running a business such as a vtuber agency will be considerable. Creative types like kson often struggle when switching from creating projects to executing menial garbage like due dilligence, legal documentation, taxes, payroll etc.
I wish her the best of course, I would love to see the faces on Cover's management team if her company starts to rake in larger and larger amounts of cash and her holofriends just switch over, cold turkey. (especially since I know for a fact Watame and Towa are gonna be in that lot)

I'm sure she'll hire other people to handle the paperwork, I doubt her goals are to make sweeping changes to accountancy practices.
I'll go out on a limb and say she wants to make a company that has more creative freedom, more financial support for talents starting out and more protection for talents in the event a billion bugs are enraged by something completely random and harmless

That I agree with. Yagoo is way more laid back than most CEO's out there [...] but he hasn't shown up in any true collabs like meme review until now and for a good reason, he's got tons of work to do and answers directly to his investors unlike the girls who answer to him and their managers, not to mention it sets a precedent - if he shows up to a casual collab like meme review, this opens up the possibility of him joining up on other projects, and now he's got to deal with every other talent asking him to join on their potato chips tastings, talk show, etc...

Except Polka says that Yagoo is happy to help any talents with his clips. They just have to reach out and ask.

First of all, nearly all of the civilized parts of the world that share the "3am" timezone are inside the EU, and travel here is quite a bitch with covid, even though its slowly getting loosened on restrictions.

Regardless of what others have already said on this, as a kraut I wanna add

1. Even if its allegedly easier to enter Austria via Germany for Foreigners now, it still would take quite a few days, and i dont think that anywhere in the timeframe of possibility.

2. There was a massive thunderstorm over practically all of germany during her "3am" stream, I highly doubt it would not have been noticeable.

2. The general times dont line up, e.g her Miku Stream Pt.2, she meantioned it "already being day outside" at the equivalent of 15:00 in my timezone, that was 2.5 hours into the stream, so it would have been day outside when she woke up already.

3. Same arguement for the lawnmowing to a degree, which rational person starts mowing the lawn at 14:00 lol.

4. Ina didnt know the GMT conversion during the end of the Miku Drawing pt1, which if this timeline lines up in any way i would expect her to know if she intends to go on holiday there.

I kind of feel people overestimate how much money Coco has. She's by no means poor and genuinely well off to kickstart a new career or continue as kson. But unless she's willing to take a huge financial risk or look for investors (which she probably wouldn't, since she would run into the same problems as she did as Coco) I don't see her creating a Vtuber agency.

I am curious about what she has planned though, but at this point, it might as well be a crapshoot.

I'm probably being a sperg, but how the hell can Japanese corporations not only compete but also export their shit if they are so risk-averse, inefficient, corrupt, and downright retarded, as people here have described multiple times? And it seems that this isn't just the way Cover operates, but their general mentality.

A lot of the more successful export/multinat JP companies got to be export/multinat by not doing that stuff, and often by being innovative and efficient, especially the car manufacturers. Small-time domestic companies don't face nearly the same kinds of competitive pressures. And even when the companies do compete globally while tied down by inefficient management, they're generally carried along by the Japanese being legitimately good at engineering and craftsmanship.

Watching this reaction has certainly been an interesting experient. Seeing people's reactions of accepting, copium, or just schizo freakouts.

I believe in my troopas and I have a vision for the future. Content should grow along with a content creator is what I believe. And obviously behind the scenes, there will be changes with that as life progresses. I also believe in debunking the whole male Boogeyman thing. I don't believe gender holds any bearing on content made. See Fubuki and Oga for example or a lot done by Roberu. Sometimes my content is me doing what I want, sometimes it's fucking around with friends. And if I've found somebody who really gets my neurons going and I can shitpost at maximum power with them, I will alongside. My troopas are some of the best fans and I love them. We can grow past schizos, past goslings. You know my content and how it is by now.

What people assume ultimately is up to them. Their conclusions, etc. I'm not going to let any of that influence my content though.

As for addressing >>5011883, I agree chuubas should be chuubas. And this is not me breaking that barrier. Would you say the same of Leon and Alice for that? Or any other collaborations in general with a member of the opposite gender.

But for final notes, I believe in content that evolves with a creator. I believe in my troopas.

I also do apologise for the lack of streams as of late. Travel and all that. For this week, collabs are things preplanned and I want my own time to unwind and relax.
