If anything, they'd just call them into the leasing office to talk about adding Chantal. Chantal being asked to leave would only come if she didn't cooperate.
This is true, as someone that did a little creative renting in my younger days they generally will just want you added to the lease if you're staying illegally (though if there are too many tenants in a unit this may not be the case). Even if you have shit credit or no income, they don't care, they just want to be able to come after all residents if there are damages to the unit later on.
A small part of us wants to see others, even people we don't like, turn around and do well because it gives us hope that maybe we can do better too. I think we've all had moments where we rooted for cows to change or hoped for their codependent enablers to move on and do better. Don't feel bad that you have optimistic autistic feelings for these people, but also don't get mad when they flush their lives down the toilet either.
Please don't misunderstand: I don't want Peetz to turn his life around for Peetz's sake, I want it to happen because I know for a fact it would make Chantal seethe like a motherfucker.

Guys, c'mon. You could have googled this or read the last few pages. Yes, Canada has rail and bus transport in most large cities and even small towns. Petez has taken public transport before, but doesn't seem to take it anymore (probably because of working from home and Chantal).
