That's part of a long laundry list of things that are suspicious about this story.

Byuu's suicide isn't reported in any Tokyo news. No reports of any hanging bodies or people who threw themselves off of a 14 story apartment like Byuu said he would if he failed.

The medicines Byuu took to allegedly kill himself would A) be very hard to do the job and B) would have made him debilitatingly drowsy and uncoordinated to the point where he wouldn't be able to dramatically play whatever gay mid-2000s emo rock song he allegedly played on the phone to his friend after his last words

Byuu's friend somehow had enough time to write his flowery google doc with no grammatical or spelling errors within maybe a few hours of Byuu's supposed death, and so much more.

If it isn't, and a death certificate doesn't show up, then we're looking at some real bullshit.

Now that said, it'll be tricky to find a death certificate most likely, as I doubt I can just phone the japanese government and ask "Hey, do you have records for any foreigner found dead in japan in this area over this month with the first name of Dave."
