That's the weirdest part to me. If you haven't read up to june 26th in his thread you should, it's quick. The whole thing is mostly people asking who he is and a couple of regulars discussing his emulators. The worst accusation is one guy with no replies says Near donated pocket change to the legal defense fund of a guy on CP charges. Near comes in and explains he bought the guy's story and thought he was innocent, all the replies say "Yeah that makes sense" and Near thanks them for being understanding.
