Whoever his natural heirs are, presumably his closest surviving relation, would now own the copyrights, although the rules of intestate succession in relation to copyrights sometimes works weirdly. I'm not sure it matters because I believe bsnes was released under the GPL anyway, so you already could use it.

I've seen a pretend suicide that was similar to this one before, and when he finally came back, everyone welcomed him with the usual "so glad you're back" and "hope ur ok :) love ur content". The few people that called him out for faking his suicide for attention were shouted down, labeled toxic and hateful, the usual stuff. TF2 community is really special

I'd expect the majority to welcome Near back and pretend to be his biggest fan on Twitter. There probably will be people that give him shit for faking suicide, but the majority will just assume they are KiwiFarms trolls for making light of a suicidal person and ignore the core of the message.

Retroarch is fucking shit for PC, but that's a UI problem, inherited by it being an emulator system for console peasants. Nigga, I never used the PS3 GUI, just give us some normal PC GUI! Mesen and Mesen S are also cycle accurate emulators, yet they have probably tue best UI since ZSNES.

Oh, that explains Retroarch's insane autism. I just thought the creator of it had autism levels that out did CWC. Mesen is great~ I use it and I love the thing.

Also, "one single controller scheme for the entire GUI and all systems" is the most retarded piece of shit, I just wanna play on my PC with different replica gamepads, fuck retroarch

It's GPL3, so any modifications to it would have to be released under the same license as well, which Nintendo would never do. They're not gonna touch Higan with a ten mile pole.
