I got's me a theory on this.

When I were a lad a kid at my school died in a really unfortunate accident. It was sad.

I didn't know him personally so the only real comment I could make was "it's such a shame, I hope the family is okay."

There were others who I knew for a fact barely knew him but wanted the attention from others so they went out of their way to act outraged or upset when people said they weren't going to go to the memorial concert.

That's what this is. A person may or may not be dead. Let's get on twitter and use it to try and burn down that website that I don't like. It's attention to further a goal.

So, I will admit ignorance to not reading all 200+ pages of this. But I think the most important question is: "Did Byuu kill himself? How can we find out?" I decided to use my 日本語 skills to do some digging.

I did multiple searches for the combination of terms: 荒川区 (Arakawa-ku, where he reports to live), アメリカ人 (Amerika-jin, American), 自殺 (jisatsu, suicide), and デヴィッド (Deviddo, David). I searched just for results within the past week as well as results from the past 24 hour. I used both Google and Yahoo (which is autistically still popular in Japan). Nothing came up. I also searched www.japantoday.com which translates Japanese news articles into English, usually ones relevant to English-speakers living in Japan. Nothing there either. Whether or not something like this would be reported in local news and how quickly is definitely a question. I may try contacting the Arakawa Police Station but I'll post the info here in case someone else wants to.

There does seem, however, to be a path for us getting a concrete answer, though not until September at the earliest. The State Department has a site where you can see when and how American citizens died overseas from non-natural causes, suicide being one of them. It says it's updated every 6 months and says it was last updated in March 2021, but only allows you to search up to December 2020. By this logic, it may come to be that come September 2021, they'll have everything up to June 2021 on there, but we'll see. Here are the deaths listed for 2020 to see the level of detail they show. If Byuu really did kill himself, we'd see "06-27-2021, Arakawa-ku/Tokyo, Japan Suicide" listed.

I also looked into if we'd be able to get a copy of the death certificate from the Embassy since repatriating remains is one of their services. You do have to provide proof that you're a next of kin (parent, child, sibling) in order to get such documentation, so unless someone can forge those documents, that's another dead end.

Anyways, can't wait to see how this shit turns out.

My conspiritard propeller cap was on high speed all morning because I was bouncing between that fucking error message on every iteration of the web addresses Josh put at the top of the site and trying to find news on his twitter (it is suspended) to trying to navigate the fediverse kiwi node only to find it also was unreachable as of 8am my time - then I went to just see if I could load mad at the Internet's web page for shits and giggles only to find that also went down.

I feel like some gayops are/were afoot because everywhere I went was not loading, it was really weird.

The supposed "Twitter leak" is bullshit. It claims his last name is Burch but it's being propagated by some guy using an account with the name "Far" (which is the opposite of "Near", lmao) and has no proof.

It's much more likely that he is in fact David Kirk Ginder, since too much shit matches up for it to be a mere coincidence. Facial similarities, marital status, first name. The only thing that leaves me scratching my head is that the dox came out of fucking nowhere. If @Queefer Madness is around, pls tell us where you got this info.

Here's a long list of unanswered questions!
1) How did he overdosed from a medicine that he's unable to have legally in Japan?
2) If Byuu has no real life friends, then why is Hector claiming to be his "IRL" friend if the ONLY time Hector ever mentions byuu is about his suicide and nothing else?
3) How was Hector able to recognize a obscure song during a low quality call?
4) Why did he called the "Japanese Police Department" (notice how he never mentions the province) after his supposed suicide and not during his suicidal thoughts?
4.1) No one knows where Byuu lives, if Hector was able to call the Police Department on him, that implies the doxx was real and or in fact Byuu knows Hector in person
4.2) The Japanese police cannot report suicide deaths to strangers, and even more if it's an foreigner.
4.3) This also implies Hector is fluent in Japanese, Hector hasn't written an WORD in Japanese, at least in public.
4.4) Hector says that he won't disclose any more information on Byuu's "death" to secure his information, but, if he was already "doxxed", then what's the point of doing that?
4.5) If he was able to call the Japanese Police on him, that also implies that Hector KNOWS Byuu's full name and address, something we don't know yet.
5) Why did Hector spent his time writing an Google Docs document and not calling the Police or an Ambulance? Why did he started saying that he called the "Japanese Police Department" right after people started doubting about his claims?
6) Why would a grown ass adult who has a lot of money with himself, commit suicide over a dead, 13 pages long thread in an obscure forum?
7) How do we know he's actually dead if there's no obituary?
Why was he accusing KF of harassment if the only place he was truly harassed was the Retroarch forums? People calling you names in a forum that you chose to see isn't harassment. For example, if people called your mother an whore in the Internet in a small forum, while at the same time not DIRECTLY telling these things to you, then that's not harassment, people are just saying stuff behind your back. You can just do this, not see it. Just like there's CP on the internet but you choose to not see it.
9) About the Google Docs document, I cannot see when document was released or edited, the option was greyed out on purpose. Which is pretty weird, why hide that information?
10) Hector's tweet was posted in June 27, at 12:47PM.
Judging that the document was posted in the same time the tweet was posted, the document tells us that "Les Voyages De L'âme" is playing during the call, by a huge coincidence, the same song is mentioned in Byuu's tweet, posted at June 27, at 12:13 AM. Do both of them know this artist or it was planted on purpose to make the document not seem fake?
11) The document says that at 11:45AM on a Sunday (DAY 26!!), he was in a phone call with Near. Near possibly "died" at 12:15AM according to the document judging that "his voice was never heard again 30 minutes later" due to overdosing on medication or hanging.
Which is WEIRD because Near was alive to post AGAIN at 12:13AM on June 27.
So... wait, did Near just died on an Sunday and resurrected to post again the day later, or did he just talked to Hector, and in the next day he posted his tweet, and then offed himself?
12) If he really died in Japan, this implies that the Japanese media possibly knows where he died. Which never happened because if you look thru the Japanese internet, they'll repeat the SAME narrative from the Western media. If he really died in Japan then narrative would be way, way more different than the one in the West since that's the main location where the incident happened. That's like 9/11 happening in New York but they're getting information from the UK when the towers are literally just in front of their eyes, that makes no sense.

So, you just kept hearing and not calling the ambulance or the cops like you just did after this presumed death? Again, how was he able to recognize this song, he knows French too or both know this song?
The call lasted 84 minutes according to the screenshot, so that's 1 hour and 24 minutes. He had a call with Byuu, heard Byuu commit suicide, and did jack shit for almost more than half an hour while listening to the same song in a loop? Again, Byuu died at June 26, 13:09PM according to the document, and not at June 27 like "The Japanese Police Department" told him. But for some reason, and somehow Byuu survived to post a chain of tweets, with the link of the SAME song the day after in June 27, I know you can schedule tweets, but why were these tweets posted at 12:13AM in specific, that's pretty random if you ask me.
