The joke is that we're not even committing a crime at this moment in time because we're laughing at an allegedly dead person. Dead people can't sue, dead people can't feel anything.

So if anything, if he really was faking it it's probably screwed everything up because instead of us being cancelled while twitter mourns, we're honing in on some very juicy information that is only a problem if he faked it.

Unfortunately I have to deal with real life things, but I've been poking deeper into the WeebWars connection to this, and I found what may have led to the sudden explosion of astroturfed articles about this.

Backtracing the users trying to connect Vic to Near/Byuu via KiwiFarms I found a hive of Blue Checkmarks who have been trying to push the 'KiwiFarms directly murdered Near and are terrorists' narritive.

I won't care, there's millions of suicidal people that go out without bringing it on others or attempting to cause drama. What Byuu did removed any chance of me feeling sorry for him. If he were to truly commit suicide, I bet you it was because he was a tranny. It's not unheard of for them to kill themselves..

Dont knock SNES' sprite art, shit's old sure, but much of it still holds up even today.

Course BSNES doesnt contribute shit to that, you really dont need a state of the art cpu to run what SNES9X can do with ease+ a fucking sega cd chip.

None of these motherfuckers gave 2 shits about this guy before he died. And to top it all off, Byuu's SNES emulator is just one out of many of them and I think those (like SNES9x) do their job way more better. So his accomplishment on making an emulator is just a minor thing and shouldn't be regarded as some "revolutionary" thing

Good spotting! In his email to Null, he claimed to have been working in Japan for three years reverse engineering hardware - but in March 2020 it's a new job and he gets to live in Tokyo. Timeline doesn't quite match.
The only really compelling evidence we have of him being in Japan is the Japanese medication. He does mention in the emails "trying every antidepressant in Japan" - it's a whole bunch of antidepressants and I'm pretty certain you couldn't take these at the same time.
Does anyone know how you'd write his name in Japanese? I'm getting no hits for デビッド or デイブ if I put "ジンダー" (which is what Google Translate suggested).

If he actually is dead, all my feelings will be directed towards the friend who sat listening to him die for over half an hour and did nothing.
