I don't really interact in the Weeb Wars thread despite having watched Nick R's videos and the MATI podcast discussing it. I'm generally aware of what happened to Vic and I think it was unfair, so I started screencapping when I noticed some weird stuff cropping up in the Byuu/Near discussion. If this isn't appropriate for Weeb Wars, please move it to the Byuu/Near/Twitter Meltdown 2021 thread as opposed to deleting it. :heart-full:


This is Quinnae_Moon (secretary to Anita Sarkeesian of Gamer Gate) discussing the Byuu/Near matter and saying Kiwi Farms should be deplatformed.

In order for anime to be a community it would have to be some sort of social construct. It's not. At best you have various forums which he's not a physical part of except maybe that FMA one that was a fan club way back. Anime isn't like a sports, tabletop or video game where a bunch of people get together regularly to do stuff.

There's so much stupid in this I don't if I should cry or laugh. Got to break down this autism some to comment on some of the things.

First off, you guys do over 90% of thing you cry about and it's seen all over the place, and funny part is, you guys are still doing this but you're using your horse blinders to ignore it all. Plus, you guys keep crying about getting "doxxed" but according to you guys, it's not doxxing if it's public and easily accessible information so you guys really need to make up your minds on that.

They keep spouting out about how the farms are "dangerous," "bullies," "murder" people, etc. but are just triggered that some place is being mean. These people are so addicted to twitter and fragile egos that everything that doesn't enable them and/or pat them on the back is literal assault/murder. "Kiwifarms has murdered another person into suicide by hounding them into suicide..." You guys better have a talk with Dee because she has already said we didn't.

It's filled with people like you, that bully people, attack people and their family, dox people, use racism, enable abusers and pedos, attack free speech, filled with sexists, bigots, attack minorities, ruin lives, ruin work places, push people into suicide, etc. But I guess the farms being mean is a lot more dangerous.

The only connection here is that they nearly pushed Vic to off himself due to the continued stirring of the pot online.

Of course they conveniently dance around that because they'd say Vic deserves it. More people have committed suicide due to "cancel culture" than they have because mean words were said by THE KIWIFARMS.

I guess they aren't ready to talk about that one because all those people must've deserved it, cancel culture isn't real, etc.

But KF is real and those real mean words made someone allegedly neck themselves who was already statistically more likely to be suicidal anyway. It's not hard to blame someone for your troubles, ALLEGEDLY go through with something that had been planned anyway and allegedly rest in peace because the shitstorm I caused due to tying drama to my suicide gives me the last laugh because I don't need to be responsible for my actions anymore.

I still don't buy that Byuu did it bc there's no credible sources providing receipts. But I'm enjoying the irony of KV and their ilk joining in as if most of them haven't been caught saying they wanted Vic dead.

All of them don't have any self-awareness.

If they really wanted to criticize KF for anything you could call them out on doxxing, but here's the thing: The people that KF doxxes are the kind of people that nobody wants nothing to do with. Even if you have an irrational hatred of these people and had this information you would want to avoid them anyway. There's a reason why nobody goes to Chris-Chan's house.

Even if you could do something with the dox like go to their actual home and harass them as they say, they could easily just call the police on you and have you arrested, I think even the dumbest autist on this forum knows and understands that.

These people are just throwing out things like harassment and such because they're trying to make their feelings getting hurt look worse than it actually is.
