Because of the heat, $100 will be the cowboy hat and $200 for the vest.

Definitely $200 for the vest, because he thinks that people actually like that goal. Hat at $100 is possible, but he bitches too much about not being able to wear headphones with the hat. Probably going to be something somehow dumber than either the glasses or vest, but I can't imagine what.

He should turn his fucking camera off at $200, it's a win-win for everyone involved.

I wonder if increasing the tips goal is an effort at pig psychology.

When the tips goal is $100 and he's at $30 he's still 30% of the way there.

When the tips goal is $200 and he's at $30, he's 15% of the way there and he can use this to be for more and push his faux-poverty state.

He won't hit the $200 goal very much, but he can use it to push the "I'm poor and struggling feed my kat" narrative.

I'm personally more interested in how long it'll take him until he scams his audience by not delivering on his new tips goal tier rather than what he's gonna do or which article of clothing he's gonna put on for his new tips goal tier. Remember that during the chair spin and skittles sagas he somehow found a way to scam his audience by refusing to spin the chair/eat the skittles, or he did less spins/ate less skittles than what he was supposed to.

This would actually make sense from his perspective. Tips almost always die off when he hits $100, so set it to double that and get more money with a lower chance of wearing the vest. Given that it's Read The Farms Day for Phil, I hope he takes my advice on board.

It's worse than that. Most people who stream would have their headphones plugged into their streaming computer and they can hear the game audio being echoed back to them via OBS or whatever. So even if Sony were designing for streamers they wouldn't "implement dual ahdeo" because the number of people who would do that is basically one - Phil. Maybe if he literally ever invested money in his big boy business professional gamer setup he would know that, but instead he will keep using his AverMedia Shitbox 5000 until it dies and he goes offline for a month while he begs for the money to buy a new one (and then keeps blowing it on Champions). As with all other things, the "dual audio" thing is a microcosm of Phil's laziness, narcissism, and need to externalize blame.
Is this really how it works? For anything other than FPS I guess sure, but how are you going to perform well with audial information lagging behind at best 5 seconds? By then you’re likely dead when you need to be listening for footsteps of approaching enemies, etc.
I’d imagine you’d have to be playing on mute as well so as not to double-up on audio out to the viewers.
