That's the admin of sorts of New Real Peer Review, a Twitter account that reposts extremely terrible "research papers" mostly out of the humanities, particularly gender/"critical" studies. Kinda like Kiwi Farms, but as a Twitter account and focused on autistic academia. It's quite hilarious, but obviously the gender studies idiots don't like it when people laugh at their abysmal "research" and what passes as "peer reviewed" for them, and 0K Naomi, their admin, has been attacked over wrongthink quite often. Wrongthink usually in the TERF way against troons. 0K Naomi is also quite obviously anonymous, and the critical studies fags who are pissed off at NRPR have for a long time tried to dox her.
This particular post invoking the Farms has nothing to do with the current outrage about KF. The group of people trying to dox 0K Naomi are apparently using some chat group to plan some new "attacks" on Naomi, and she was still in them as well. Some (apparently tenured) member of that group said to "bring the case to Kiwi Farms", apparently hoping to get the Farms to dox 0K Naomi, which is quite hilarious.
