The second one is not too bad: the 2000s-era more geometric, thicker outline style is a welcome change from most of the Tumblr bullshit.

I kinda like the last one too, reminds me of a Gameboy Advance game of some kind. Though I'm sure it's some shipping-tier crap

If it wasn't for the branding of this being a midwife book, I would have thought this was straight up fetish art.
I'm not even sure WHY the cover had to be a transman giving birth. The demographic of transmen who actually WANT to get pregnant is so negligible compared to cis women who are pregnant and are looking into midwives.

To quote the AVGN, what were they thinking???
