Apparently the moratorium on evictions for non-payment is still up as of the 29th, so either Sparx did something so shitty that the landlord got him out for that reason (illegal activity or being a menace in general can result in that IIRC but the process is still a slog barring an arrest being made)... or he's lying.
While I can believe he would be a shitty enough neighbor/tenant to cop an eviction for that, and I can also believe he'd engage in illegal activity... the recent Byuustorm makes me wonder if he's trying to fake us out.

That too, he's lied before for money (suit drama) though this one is... a really dumb card to play. There are still squatters the police aren't doing anything about in a lot of places, there are people whose lease has expired and they still can't be evicted, the moratorium on nonpayment evictions has made renting/leasing a nightmare for some people (not just landlords, having a landlord who is effectively unable to evict a shithead causes issues for other tenants).

Most people want to see a redemption arc, not for lolcows to kill themselves. This. Redemption arcs come with the best thing ever. The drama of them turning against their ilk, and the horror of realization as they suddenly realize what they are. Cows very very rarely have redemption arcs though.
I'd love to see a list of redeemed cows, even if it'd be quite short. I'd even more love to see redeemed cows who became kiwis because that'd make for some exceptional individuals, though I can't believe more than a handful exist.
