I haven't read the charging documents, but if frank is listed as the victim like people are saying he will almost certainly testify at trial and/or be deposed over this.

I just reread the charging documents and it looks like the charge is that he could have hit any random person:
"In violation of ACA §5-13-204(a)(2), to-wit: the defendant, discharged a firearm into a residential neighborhood, thereby manifesting an extreme indifference to the value of human life and creating a substantial danger of death of physical injury, against the peace and dignity of the State of Arkansas."

I don't practice in Arkansas to know if that will fly or not, the statute seems to me to contemplate a specific victim. But I'm not going to spend a bunch of time trying to research it. he "peace and dignity of the state" shit would be there anyway, but if the intended to say that Frank was the victim it would likely say something like "intentionally displayed a firearm to (Franks real name) in such a manor as to create a subatabtial risk of death or serious injury to victim by pointing the firearm at the victim and discharging the firearm in the air with the intention of creating a reasonable apprehension of death or serious bodily harm". I still think it's decently likely that Frank gets called.

Of course they would skip Boogie and looking at his pathetic "roast" I can see why. I like how Ethan somewhat joked that it was less of a roast and more of Boogie trying to be hurtful rather than playful banter.
