He's seed tipping himself. He tips himself closer to the 100 dollar goal so people will be more likely to tip the remainder. It's a super common streamer tactic.

He admitted to not getting a tip from one minute man last week when he said "no tips have come in for 50 minutes!" and snowkarl or someone asked 'but one minute man tipped 10 mins ago?' and he said "oh... it's not in my feed so....."

I speculated that Phil might resort to this, but it's been apparent since he's doing the whale call during his water breaks to (as you said) seed tips. Also, that leads to the question of if Phil is withholding these "behind the scenes" tips in hopes that people will tip more so he gets more bang for his WWE buck, and then announcing them later.

It's OBVIOUS he does it in one of these two ways.

Also; why was everyone able to predict it'd be a 37 dollar tip from Bob today? Because if he's at like 50 bucks he gets 20-21 from OMM etc. He's so transparent.

I think he just gets regular "behind the scenes" tips and has a deal where he can use them when things are 'slow'.

Also, it's obvious that this tip didn't come during his break, because when he receives a big tip, he immediately starts the clown mode. Today, after the SilentBahb tip he was STILL grumpy, begging for tips and saying that the support was super slow. It's not his normal behavior.

Phil has been talking about a "Stream Streak Goal" for about 10 minutes and now it seems that he liked the idea!

What's "Stream Streak Goal", you ask? It's just the vest streak, but they choose a game he's going to play next day stream. Of course, it must be a game that he's playing already, which means that's just a waste of money and time.
