We also watched Hathawa's Flash, and planning to watch the other 2 movies when they come out.
Ina seems to be a bit of a Gundam fanatic, she even explained to chat that Hathaway takes place in a somewhat of al alternative timeline where a certain character doesnt exist, which leads Noa to do something that he didnt do in the original movie.

I believe she read the novel.

There's a bit misconception or something people didn't know about a manager post in a talent jimusho. Manager in jimusho not only works as their manager, but also as their work assistant AND agent. Yes, you heard that right, manager is also responsible for looking up gigs and such. That's why sometimes Holomem would say they have meeting with the managers about work, that's most likely discussion about sponsored stream, performance, and other stuffs like merchandise and such.

Because of the reason above, managers raise rank among the company by the level of success the talents they managed has. The more successful your talents are, the higher your chance of promotion. Subsequently, the more your talents fucked up, the more your job as a manager is in danger. Sometimes a manager could even raise rank so high they sit as a member of Board of Directors, like Fujiwara, one of Downtown's former manager of Gaki no Tsukai fame

I agree. I'm just saying that the management part and the work assistant / agent should not be combined jobs and that having them be combined creates a very toxic environment.

Last time she said she was going to do differential equations, but this time it's derivatives. I wonder if she misspoke the first time. It wouldn't make sense to plan to do differential equations first unless she were pulling subjects at random.

Didn't know Ina is that kind of fanatic. Pretty based, and I wish more of the girls would come out about their gundam love.

She mentioned that after talking with people (I assume a member stream) that jumping right into differential equations was too much. If she wants to actually teach people for some reason and not meme, she is right.

Ollie is trying to teach people math on her stream, meanwhile, Reine, the one supposed to be a teacher, is eating on mic talking about how she can't use a split keyboard she just bought, all while mumbling, crunching and going in all kind of tangents that come on her way. I love it. I very rarely see english streams (don't let my nick fool you, I made it randomly) but I have been curious about her after her Coco collab; she changed quite a lot! She is so chill and approachable. A real fucking shame that Anya never got to collab with Coco since thanks to the little interaction she had with kaichou, it seemed like they would get along really well. Coco was blessed with a talent to get out the best from any of her coworkers, she made their weakness their strength, taking any misfortune they were in on a celebration of circumstances. Mio barfing, WTM lagging, etc, etc. Anya really needs something that will make her shine, I rarely see her discussed. A lot was her own fault for falling for the "ID only" trap she fell on at the start of her career.

But yeah, what a weird way to start my posting around here since I don't see english vtubers 95% of the time.

I skipped it as I know nothing about Gundam except for the memes. However with my intrest in most new anime drying up is it worth getting into?

Try iron blooded orphan I don't think its the best gundam series but there is something cool about gundam using mace, scissors, axe etc and not your traditional laser spam, lasers swords. 2 seasons though so it might take you a while to finish.

To rainbow-post a little, I do feel like management has relented a bit over the past month. We've seen more cross-branch collabs, appearances outside of the vtuber sphere, Pekora is finally getting the giveaway she wanted to do, Yagoo giving an interview, etc. Ships do take time to turn, so maybe what is happening now is a result of Coco telling them a few months ago that she was leaving.
