I simply do not believe she has a physiological addiction to cocaine, developed over just a few weeks, that causes her to "shake" when she isn't taking it. I reckon she has cottoned on that this "addiction" gets her pity points from her followers and is playing on it.

She mentioned in every single live stream that she has "barely eaten" recently and given that her loyal fans are either feeders, trolls or using her as measurement for how great their lives are compared to her, they don't seem to like it when she doesn't eat. When they see her eating now, they can assume she isn't taking drugs and will encourage her to stay off them, even if it means her piling food down her until she pukes. She has them exactly where she wants them - backing up her excessive food choices or giving her sympathy and ass pats for being a "recovering addict".

Chantal will never be a healthy weight, regardless of how long she does cocaine for., and I still can't work out how she is losing at the moment. Even with the One Meal a Day diet, you need to be somewhat mindful of what that one meal is. When she can easily put away 4000 calories in one single binge, she's never going to keep the weight off, especially not if she starts getting towards the mid two hundreds. Her height won't allow such an enormous surplus for a start.

She really does have the mind and attitude of a teenager. Everything she does reminds me of the people I went to school with, only she's almost 40.

Chantel has never made a doctor appointment for this, so she’s not missing anything. She’s not kept the few she’s made for real things, which gets her attention, in the form of people reminding her. worrying about her, or being mad at her. But she lies about making appointments because if something happens, it’s not her fault, she didn’t know it was bad. She tried.

Driving hours for food (her 'reward') and letting viewers assume it's for drugs is EXACTLY how she's manipulated everyone, especially her family, since early childhood. I think this "habit" was something she kind of fell into. We also know she's a creature of...well, habit, who avoids discomfort at all costs. And I think we're ignoring how much of this is her addiction to Nader. Attention is her drug, above anything else. Cocaine might feel nice, but it doesn't get her attention unless Nader's there (or her chat, in a pinch).

All of this to say, she associates the habit with Nader. She's basically doing cocaine because of Nader. Nader is her hookup. Even though she had a massive falling out with Nader, she still contacted him for drugs. As uncomfortable as that would have been, seeking someone other than Nader would be not only that much more uncomfortable, but also risky. Besides, when have we seen Chins show any signs of genuine agency or initiative?

She's gonna go with what she knows, and what will get her what she wants.

Edit: and I know a lot of you disagree with me about this, but I believe a desperate, drug-addicted, sex-addicted Chins was Nader's plan all along, and he's going to use this situation to his advantage, as he has all along. He's two steps ahead of Chins, and she's already easily manipulated. I don't necessarily think the mule thing is between supplier and dealer, but perhaps just between friends, which live in Montreal. A few obvious things... When she shut down streaming because of "lagging". She returned back to streaming much later (was now dark street lights were on) she was in a different location, said she needed to find her lighter while rummaging for it, and was in a great mood, hell she even had a fresh gawdy lipstick application. They saw each other this weekend at the hotel. They had a massive fight, and Nader told her to piss off. She quickly ran out of drugs, and in her desperation, as she fully admitted, called Nader up. She told us that he told her never to contact him again, and I believe that's true. But knowing our Chins, particularly in her drug-crazed state, there's no way she was taking no for an answer. She
hounded begged and pleaded with him until Nader finally relented. But he wasn't about to make it easy on her.

I think the connections he has in Montreal that she mentioned in a previous stream are drug connections. Whether he's buying or just moving product, I don't know, but I believe he sent her there to pick it up and bring it back to him. You want coke, Chins? Then you go fucking get it. Saves somebody a trip, and Chins gets a tiny cut for her trouble.

She obviously cut the stream to meet her dealer--that point isn't in contention, I hope. But then when the stream cuts out on the way home, she could easily have gone straight to Nader's.
