Stig is uninteresting though. Who is interesting, however, is Matthew Daigle. Mr. Daigle hasn't said anything about Vic on social but it seems he is in charge of guest decisions:

I've attempted to archive the post above but I'm receiving error messages.

I would say it wouldn't be a longshot to assume the man in charge of guest invitations would be the same man making the announcements on the ConnectiCon Twitter account, including the one stating Vic has been banned since 2007.

He also names himself as chairman on his Twitter account:

Honestly, ISWV should just block them from any social media accounts they have. Who cares if KV laugh about ISWV blocking them? For the past two and a half years, these losers have shown to be irrational, unreasonable, exasperating and unwilling to have a civil discussion...and they've blocked people too. If KV won't hesitate to press the block button on someone from ISWV, why should ISWV care at all about how KV feels when they get blocked?

This was after he was fired Oct.2019. It was during a panel "how to get into voice acting" someone asked the question about voice actors playing pranks on each other and she answered something like " Todd Hakerborn pulls some funny stuff", & told a story about Todd and Vic playing pranks on each other. I don't remember her mentioning any other vas. I thought maybe she was one of the vas who supported Vic privately,but who knows. She would probably cancel if the clique demanded it

The only credit I can give bettik is the fact she hasn't croaked yet despite the fact she can't put the fork down and spend all day on twitter. Either her chair or heart will give out first and it's probably only a matter of time.

Just to find out she already knew? And then the whole room and him tell her how much they love her?
