Let's pretend for one moment that he does die before the election, just for the funsies. What happens then? Will the nomination revert to option number 2, aka Bernie Sanders? Or will his running mate automatically replace him just the way Vice-President is supposted to step in after the Big Man in the White House chokes on a piece of matzo? Does he even have a running mate yet?

Worse case scenario is that they'll haul anyone to "holding areas" if they're not vaxed. And they'll stay there until they take the vax. For the public's safety of course.
Best case is you tell them to fuck off and they will.
MOR is they'll just forcably vax anyone who isn't at their home.

They don't have holding areas for 170 million people. It would also be a massive waste of political capital and money. It's much cheaper to just let 1.7 million antivaxers die over time and deny or nickel-and-dime all the insurance claims they can.
