Watched Kiaras MV and it sounds like a Kira Song just not sung by a vocaloid. I like it, I think everyone did a good job, but it has no real Connection to Kiara I feel.

RE Ayame, she's been moving house and having some ISP issues before + after the move (typical JP Internet from what other Holo's have said), she hadn't done any public streams until today and only 1-2 member streams + some collabs on other channels such as with Nijisanji's Shiina Yukia for the last month or so.
As for the dislikes etc a lot of people get salty that she streams 1-2 public streams a week at most and people think she doesn't take being in Hololive seriously/treats it as a money making side gig (which is sort of a fair take tbh) but from what she talks about in zatsu's she definitely has some other job or studies outside Hololive + some unspecified health condition she's had to take breaks in the past with.
Also been mentioning a lot of singing/dancing lessons lately.
She's also basically confirmed to have a boyfriend/maybe more serious relationship based on some old roomate tweets and her rarely streaming on holidays which makes some of the JP idol kayfabe autists mad

I think she was playing on the Taiwan server and got matched with a streamer teammate that she didn’t revive and/or she was playing as a “rat” (staying away from fights to survive). Its your typical streamer fanboys/chinks but this time TWs at it.

Aqua had the same problem with toxic TW streamers trash talk her gameplay style (technically sololive and rat).
Maybe they should put off Apex altogether and pick different FPS game like idk CSGO (at least the cyka blyat is not as bad as chink autism)

There's no reason being a vtuber has to be a full-time job, and my understanding of the requirements for remaining in good standing with Hololive is that they're not demanding at all and even Ayame isn't in danger of falling short (especially since the sub requirement is supposed to be 50k once you're out of your initial period and she's pushing a million). Demanding full-time if that's not how the girls plan to fit it into their life is gachikoi territory.
