This is probably necromancy given the question was asked nearly a year ago, but these pics made me sad for the guy. A post that went through my blog and collected links to a number of reblogs, pictures of anime girls, is circulating along with links to the original posters and artists, showing that these posters also post sexual content of underage characters, that these that through this they take part in something that I, too, find revolting. I did not take it upon myself to reblog from people who post these kinds of things, I do not want to associate with people who think that sexualizing underage characters is acceptable, that it should be supported, that excusing or even supporting the acts of sexualization in question is okay. I don’t have much in the way of a specific response, anything that would excuse myself, because these posts were on my blog.

Discussing how various genres of anime are, in different ways, accepting of or even predicated upon the structure of pedophilia, a sort of deniability that is often repeated by fans in the West through a kind of Orientalism that acts as if these acts of sexualization are different for reasons that have no material basis, reasons that are not reflective of any actual argument except similarly violent ones in the original defense, this is necessary and something I want to encourage. That I have myself made mistakes, that I have lapsed in judgment when thinking about what media I consume and how I consume it, what I imply as acceptable through these acts and how that impacts those around me, is something that I absolutely do have to think about and furthermore make sure to do with a conscious eye, in order to prevent myself from contributing to a line of thought that I wholly reject, one that imagines these aesthetics in isolation or completely unconnected from the process of their creation. Testosterone values of ≥6.9 nmol/L in women warrant consideration of an ovarian or adrenal tumor, because that's so insanely high. If there's women running around with >15 nmol/L of testosterone (let alone that one woman who's >30 nmol/L) there is something seriously wrong with them and they need medical attention, or they've got an intersex condition, or they're transgender.

But if there's an argument that testosterone does nothing to boost your performance (and separately that lowering your testosterone through HRT removes "male body advantage"), let's let that 0.5% of men who fit under the threshold for women's sport compete and have a looksy at who's winning the golds in those categories.

If an actual female would get banned for doping in the past to train then so should transwomen.

I'm also going to note that even in utero male infants have different levels of hormones which make them male. Basically the default genes are XX which is why men have nipples. the gene set of an egg cell always has an X chromosome (just one, taken at random from one of the womans two X) and the gene set of a sperm has either an X or a Y (taken at random from the mans X/Y)
