So Biden announced a "door-to-door" campaign to nag everyone into getting the vaccine. Guess the free food, free drinks, lottery tickets, etc. didn't work. Good; I'm glad that more people are able to be critical thinkers than I thought. Pretty sure that those who are interested in getting vaccinated already got their jabs, no?

This door-to-door campaign, to me, will be a stunning failure. It'll be attempted for sure, but it won't last long. This is very much going to have people screaming about how their HIPAA rights are being violated (which, they are if people are going door-to-door invading everyone's privacy about their health).

The phrase "get off my lawn" has never applied so goddamn much ...

If you think they are gonna send door to door agents to bug you, come in your home and administer a shot this isn't what they are talking about, that is inefficient and not effective what they are doing is pop-up clinics in low vaccinated area codes they will post notices in the area to come if you want to get vaccinated on a certain date during the hours of.

the "vaccine" (as has been proven beyond the shadow of a doubt) is insufficient and ineffective.

Seems like the "No, I'd wait longer" option is winning out against the extremes, I'll take it a step further and say all pharmaceuticals should go through a more rigorous trial-and-error period, instead of greenlit and rushed to market.

HIPAA doesn't work that way. Only covered entities are covered by HIPAA. Covered entities are basically people with access to your medical record and your employer. It also would only apply to people who would be sharing your PHI (i.e. if your doctor's office sent out your medical records through the mail to a random person). The government having access to your medical records isn't a violation of HIPAA.
