Had this one get shared with me, kinda impressed it's not here. Sienna Grace (former "adult entertainer") pretty much got high on Xanax and explained how 4 years after transitioning it was the worst mistake they made. In short, surgery was botched and now has to wear a colostomy bag. Her speech is so slurred and she can barely even concentrate on finishing a sentence. Apparently she was through psychiatric treatment post surgery to deal with everything, even describing her thoughts "disassociating" which in my book says there are second thoughts on the full transitioning experience. I'm also not sure if you'd need "thousands of dollars" worth of that treatment if the only problem was you had to wear a bag.

Truth be told I wasn't even aware this kind of botching (where you either have the bag for life or deal with actual shit draining into your "front hole"). It is rarer, but its another one of the many problems that affect this surgery to a point where I have to wonder why anyone even does this anymore.

I guess if you think about it...all those young girls in Africa impregnated too young and small, who end up with fistulas? Same thing would apply with all the tunneling and suturing of a stinkditch. Get too rough with it in anyway...I swear I even heard about intercourse causing the entire area to just collapse and become one big connected cavity.

My thoughts on how this happened:

1. After the 2008 financial crisis, many Americans have become increasingly angry about low wage growth, a terrible housing market, shitty jobs, and expensive medical care, all while they see people at the top getting richer and richer.

2. The liberal side of the population is already primed to care about LGBT issues, because of the way the gay marriage debate played out in America as a left/right culture war issue. They are also the ones who in the US are most likely to push for changes to these economic issues (since America has no real populist right to speak of)

3. The people making the editorial decisions in American media (including magazines, websites, social media managers, etc) have to constantly put out content that engages people and channels their anger (because strong emotions are how you get people hooked to your media product). They don't want to focus too much on the pressing economic issues that the 'liberal side' might care about, because American media products are ultimately controlled by very rich people, and economic reform might threaten a small amount of their wealth (clearly a fate worse than death).

So how to fill the need for content? With trans bullshit. It is a great perpetual content producer simply because it is impossible to 'solve' (gay people, for the most part, really do just want to get married and go on with their lives, but the trans issue will not rest until every last AGP in the world feels hecking valid, and that is never going to happen). As a result, everyone on the left side of the spectrum is constantly distracted and divided by the forever-unhappy narcissists in their midst whose needs can never be met. Allure magazine has an infinite amount of articles to put out about the plight of trans kindergarteners, and whatever billionaire owns the media conglomerate in question stays happy, because no one is questioning his tax breaks or his stake in the media oligopoly or the 200 Samoan slaves he keeps in his basement.

I don't think this was a 'secret cabal in a darkened room' style conspiracy, it has just been a series of hiring and editorial choices by many people concerning what issues should be given attention, and what issues should be brushed aside. Transgender rights don't threaten the people with money and power, so they are going to win out every time.

I agree with most of what you said but some people push these kinds of ideologies for reasons other than clickbait or to protect billionaires. You characterize it as "secret cabal in a darkened room" but there are people on a connect call right now talking about new ways to normalize tranny shit and they're not doing it for money.
