They don't use farms to black up rural areas. They import immigrants and give them housing+benefits to live in the rural areas. Then they complain it's boring and move into the cities with the rest of the jungle. Europe has tried to do this and it fails. The only thing blacks want with the country side is easy targets for home invasions and theft.

The whole thing was insane, they were to get 120% of their debt

Not a a loan, not pay off their debt their debt + profit.

Apparently it was to make up for the 'racist' policies of not giving them loans in the past. The article also goes onto state that they were denied loans for 'racist' reasons like not owning the land or being profitable.

Has a ball hitch it looks like, probably a 5th wheel in the bed, proper mud flaps and an actual truck plate. I'm guessing it gets used for actual work because you don't spend that much on fuel if it's not making you money. Only problem might be the lack of a front plate.

Blacked out like that with no DOT/Contractor or other markings I'd almost suspect they do repossessions.
