It is if you're a normal person. Paying a trainer to keep you motivated and teach you how to exercise to lose weight and gain muscle mass is easy. However if you're someone who's been very obese your entire teenage and young adult life I imagine he will struggle with self control and motivation. It's much easier to be motivated to work out when you're a normal person who's like 20-30lbs overweight, than when you're a land whale who gets winded just by brushing your teeth. Not to mention even if he does lose weight he'll probably rebound first time something bad happens in his life. Who knows though, maybe he'll get his shit together and all of the nonsense he's been through is enough to keep him motivated to live a healthy lifestyle and take care of himself. But considering he's a pathological liar who prefers shortcuts and deception to achieve his goals rather than working for them, I doubt it.

Sapnap was roughly 200 pounds last year, which gave him a BMI of around 30. Since moving in with Clay in January, he lost around 70 lbs, or 35% of his total weight.

Based off of the 2016 picture, we can assume that Clay was 280 pounds at that point in time. It's completely reasonable to assume that he's lost a similar percentage of his weight since January, especially when you consider Sapnap's mentioning several times in streams that Clay's mom regularly comes over to cook for the two of them.

This isn't too weird, considering most 19-21 year olds are still dependent on their parents. However, the important takeaway here is that both Sapnap and Clay are on the same diet. So if Sapnap lost 70 lbs, Clay could potentially be down 100 lbs. Realistically all he needs to do is stay below 200 and he's golden.

As for the pathological liar bit, I've only ever found him refer to himself as an "average-looking dude." Americans are fat fucks, especially in Florida, so he wouldn't be wrong about looking "average"

IIRC in one of the videos they covered it with obsidian and he had to go to a different stronghold. I'm assuming they made portal stuff against the rules after that.

They destroyed the portal once with a mushroom glitch and then agreed not to mess with it since, it was in the "finale rematch" where Dream got killed with potions.

Yeah that makes sense, it's a show after all. I wonder how the rules apply, but this method is probably impossible now with 5 hunters. He can just make a delayed circuit to cover the portal after going in, so all the hunters would just be locked in the main world. Bad sportsmanship but he's the one that cheated in speedruns, so...

I personally don't buy his weight loss thing, he can shed 50%, why are his fingers not chubby? Unless all the Minecraft playing made him lose fat there too. I know former fat fucks, they are in better shape but their fingers still resemble sausages.

I don't know why they won't just ban all "systems". They turn every dreamSMP discord they can into their own personal circlejerk. The intent is to create a welcoming space but in practice just boosts being a "system" to a position of covert social prestige, making their discords only a welcoming place for the extreme minority of fans who are eccentric enough to pretend to have a controversial diagnosis and obnoxious enough to talk about themselves literally all day.

It's odd how none of these big youtubers have thought perhaps all these guys pretending to have DID after it being a huge youtube trend and a current tiktok trend are just jumping on DreamSMP stuff because it's also a huge youtube trend.
