Dave is lucky for a troon. He's a 5'4 turbo-manlet and is obese, which if a troon puts in any effort makes them easily mistakable for a fat dumpy chick. But he puts no effort aside from going to yard sales and buying some obese grandma's old dresses and will forever look like a generic middle aged manlet a decade older than he looks. Sad!
The only way he'd pass is if someone punched him in the face a few times. Then he might pass as a white trash whife.

Isn't he on Medicaid? After a quick google search, it seems like an ambulance ride (and the ER for that matter) are both covered by Medicaid, though I guess it could vary state by state?
