Bill seems to misunderstand that the pandemic will never "be over", as evidenced by the constantly discovered new strains, which have the fascinating capacity to be vaccine resistant. It's almost as though China was fucking around beyond the already questionable ethical bounds of Gain-of-Function study, in a location that was not adequately secure against the risk of accidental release, and given assistance by corporate and governmental entities, and now the average person gets to find out, while government and corporate interests proceed to strip-mine our rights and what few assets any of us have.
