I know better than to look at that spoiler, but my imagination is doing a fine job of conjuring something horrific :c

Also the female vulva tissue is basically the same type of tissue as the inside of your mouth. You can get ulcers etc there because of that. That's being said, obviously that means it is very different than a surgically constructed neovag as the peen isn't made of the same stuff.
