Trainwreck Venus Palermo / VenusAngelic - Victim of Narcissism

I won't enter the discussion about mental healthcare in Japan because I know nothing about it, but I can say that it is a miracle that no one shot Venus in the middle of the street thinking she was some kind of Oni or anime villain come to life because holy shit she looks BAD.
Just be grateful then that Japan has some of the harshest gun control laws on the planet. This is the country that ran into problems during the lead up to the Olympics and target shooting being a sport. There's a limit on ammunition and who can actually touch the gun. The coach for the Japanese team is literally unable to touch one of the guns.

You can walk down the street with a freaking katana in Japan, so long as it's kept in it's sheath but you can't own a handgun.

She is LARPing as usual, and saying she is a compulsive habitual liar but with the tone, facial expression, and body language you can tell its a fake confession. Though she also basically admits to being BPD as "She has meds for that too."

What is she sipping constantly from the cup on the right? My guess is Alcohol since she starts getting more and more open the more she drinks it on her streams.

Girl looking like she watched AHS Coven one too many times.

She is back livestreaming doing random arts and crafts with a hot glue gun while intoxicated.

Oh yes. Just put what ever junk you have laying around in a jar and let's call it witchcraft .

On the one hand, it's good that she's got some sort of hobby that doesn't involve slamming back oyaji beers.
On the other hand... wasn't this originally supposed to be part of her AA recovery process? I can't imagine this would be the least bit helpful.

Had that metaphor been used then I wouldn't have made a comment. Point is she's in Japan. They don't treat mental illness well. And it's fucking hot there in the summer. That was the point. I didn't realize that needed to be spelled out.

The issue is that Japan still sees mental illness as being a shameful thing that must be hidden. So that's why they're a little behind the curve when it comes to this stuff.

I mean this is the country where the doctors tell you you're in perfect health and not to worry about anything. And then they tell your wife, neighbor or whomever is close to you that you're dying and it's on them to break the news to you that you have stage 4 cancer and will die in two months.
You can walk down the street with a freaking katana in Japan, so long as it's kept in it's sheath but you can't own a handgun.
Only if it's a mall ninja blunt one. Otherwise you do need a licence for a katana.
It's not a quick and easy process to get a gun licence but it's not that rare (outside of Tokyo). Lot's of people hunt in the countryside, away from the shitty big cities. There's something like 8 million registered firearms owned by regular citizens in Japan.
Edit 2: wrong info, mixed up threads: A separate licence and process is needed for handguns but again, it's not impossible. It's mostly mental health checks and people being willing to write references for you.
Edit: They also make some nice guns (Howa and Miroku) and great optics/scopes.

And they don't keep things like cancer and shit a secret from patients anymore, not for a long time.
Not trying to be a dick, just wanted to point that out.

Handguns are illegal in Japan. You can't own one. Full stop. Shotguns and rifles are legal, for hunting, and protection against wild animals if you happen to live in some inaka area of the country. But you can't walk down the street with a rifle strung across your back is the whole point. And if you want one be prepared for the authorities to crawl up your ass, do a background check and you need to have a test done at a gun range and score a 95% accuracy to get one. Cops have been said to pursue gun crime very seriously until the suspect is either in jail or dead. The only people you see with handguns in Japan are the criminals and even they tend to be unwilling to fire them. In every prefecture there are a maximum of 3 gun shops. Japan is not a country that is welcoming to guns. At all.

And while you might need a license to carry a sharpened katana, if it's sheathed and in it's carrying case you can walk down the street with one of those. Cops won't even bother stopping you to see if you have a license. My Iaido teacher had one and he was a foreigner. Typically you start off with a blunted katana to get the feel down and once you've built up enough skill they suggest you get it sharpened and get your license. I never got to that point but I still have my blunt blade.

I'll admit that my information on that is out of date. My last physical in Japan was... 6 years ago I want to say. Several people in my company had to go and one of the guys found out he had early stage prostate cancer but the doctors at the clinic told him he was in great health. He found out when his wife told him that night. And looking into the health situation in Japan that was common back then. Maybe things have changed or maybe they haven't.

All I'm saying is it's true for the time I was there.

Is this too long for random.text? Because this shameful angry-sticker sticking mall ninja weeb posted about his katana-jitsu kek

Yes, on the handgun point I was totally wrong, I don't know why I wrote that, probably due to simultaneously sperging in the mega rad gun thread about Australian gun laws. I did want to point out that firearms aren't a huge deal in the more inaka parts of the country. I'll stop derailing the Venus thread now.

Venus looks like utter shit. Benzos and alcohol go so well together.

Edit: spelling
Edit 2: @Bees this thread is more suited for longer formats:

A crime drama I watched had a retired cop refuse to take a gun off a dead cop because citizens can’t touch one. Like ya it’s a drama but it’s kind of fucked up that they were under fire by a criminal and the former cop was all ‘oh no that’s illegal to touch it’. Not saying anyone should shoot Venus of course just pointing out japanese are weird around guns

I'm relatively new to Wenoos, having only recently binge-read the Margo thread, and ... wow

Here we are. (:_(

Bet our girl has a legit PTSD episode every time she looks in the mirror and sees her own abuser staring back.

Of course, it's realer than all that too, because she is literally actually-fax her own abuser by this point and on some level she has to know it. Hence 24/7 intoxication.

I think I need a quick drink now, myself.

It's her own damn fault she's a mini-Margo by this point. Japan's mental health care may not be the best, but when she's not even TRYING, then she has no one but herself to blame for her failures. I want her to get better, I really do, but it doesn't seem like she really wants to. She's comfortable being whatever the fuck this is, for whatever reason.

The devil you know, I guess.

cant wait till the self pity and suicide baiting comes in again.

She did another tarot stream apparently with a tarot box that looks like it contains condoms more than Tarot cards.

The memes really do make themselves nowadays:

RIP the gamer persona.

She really needs to commit to being a variety streamer if this is the route she is taking and has been for some time.

Her face, especially the nose and cheeks, are so bloated. Rhinophyma coming in nicely. That’s “alcohol nose, or drinkers nose, a skin condition commonly characterized by a bumpy, red or swollen appearance of the nose and cheeks”. If she lives long enough, she can look forward to this:

To expand upon my earlier feelsposting ... now that Wenoos has completed the physical transformation into her own abuser and looks like Baba Yaga as drawn by Junji Ito, I feel a weird kind of relief.

The stomach-wrenching feeling I get from reading about Margo was somehow released by her daughter becoming her. It probably fucks with Wenoos's head, like I said, but Wenoos's head is already fucked.

Of course she got this deep into self destruction because of Margo's abuse, but at this point she is in control. Or, maybe she's fully out of control, but she's in the driver's seat -- she just refuses to put her hands on the wheel, take her foot off the gas, or hit the brake.

Unfortunate though it is ... if seeing herself literally become her mom isn't enough to make her take serious action to help herself, she probably never will and we might as well sit back to watch her like any other skitzo-/horror-/trainwreck-cow.
