Its the shading. The detailed shading is working against the Live 2D. So many people finds her nose jarring because the form-shadow tricks the brain into think that there is a specific light source. The uncanny valley sets in when she starts moving and the form shadow stays constantly the same. Its not a bad design but definitely needs some touch up.
