I'm not at all annoyed about him buying an Xbox, because I expected Phil will get it after he first started talking about Game Pass. I am simply gobsmacked that people believe this story, because he's clearly taking the piss.

Quite a few of his chat members were actually doubting the story at first, until Phil started threatening bans. The wallets on the other hand don't care if he's a scammer, a lot of them just want to get at us bullies.

If you've been paying attention to his finances you would know the Begathon fundraiser was always a lie.

Phil said when he actually looked at his bills to see when they are due and how much he needs to be given in tips by then to pay them that he needed $150 every stream until the due dates.
Since announcing this Phil has received more in total tips than this amount.
By the time of the begathon his rolling tips total since the $150 increase was over $2,500, more than enough to be on track to pay his mortgage and other bills.

He was nervous after the fundraiser because he only made enough that day to cover the Xbox purchase. He wanted enough to cover the Xbox purchase and the normal amount he demands daily in tips.
The fundraiser was always to buy himself an Xbox.
This is why everyone knew the second he posted his vague Tweet that he bought himself an Xbox.

If I'm a paypig, and I know the only thing he means by 'support' is they give him money, I would be pissed he's getting cash off stream, never mentioning it, and still crying poor while he's chastising me for not giving what he thinks is enough.

Trying to use logic and reasoning in the piggy's world is your first mistake. This guy relies on the "impulse buying" method, he always has. Where you waste all your money on dumb shit and then open another credit line, rinse repeat. This is just another example of him buying something he doesn't need, but wants. Also, that smug pale face, when he was holding the Xbox, is just a "fuck you" to his supporters. He knows they are just empty-headed idiots to be farmed and nothing more. I can't really even be mad at that aspect considering how pathetic his supports are.

Dave deleting anyone who goes against the narrative. Like Dave doesn't have access to predatory credit cards, bought the Xbox, and then used the begathon to cover the cost.

I find the phrase "heel shithead" interesting, Dave injecting wrastling slang into his insults.

I'm glad he got his new toy(that he TOTALLY got from some retard) because it's going to be the PS5 all over again. The first couple of streams will draw out the whales, then the novelty will wear off and he'll be back to complaining about NO GAMES dood. Good job Phil, you got yet another 500 dollar paperweight

I think he purchased it before the marathon

when he was talking about how it would "provide more content for him", it sounded like something he would say to himself to justify the purchase

we saw the same thing with the nes and sega mini consoles, it's the same exact scam

and him not mentioning straight away whether or not the console was in the box, or if it even works, just proves he knew it was in there and isn't broken, which means it came straight from the factory in china and not donated
