Wedge shows next to no understanding of anatomy, perspective, texture, or line weight. However, he *doesn't* show the flat compositions people usually do show at his skill level. This makes me think that he's got a master copy to work from, something produced by a person who has the skills Wedge lacks.

But it can't be a normal tracing job because if it *was* then his lines would be more even and he wouldn't have so many basic anatomy mistakes. And no, I don't mean the dickbulge; I mean basic shit like the ladyboy's eyes not lining up right.

So I figure he's sitting down with someone else's furry fetish art and laboriously copying the lines he thinks are there while still making a bunch of mistakes. It sounds like the sort of thing a complete beginner might do.

Artists have quite a bit of prestige among the furry community, so I'm not quite surprised Wedge is pulling this--my bet is that he also misses that you can find better shit to use, but that might be a mini-max between '(lack of) awareness this is skeevy' and 'how likely is my audience to have seen the original?' So I'm not going to bet too strongly that the person he's doing a freehand copy of having all the skills Wedge lacks; just enough of them for it to be a bit better.

I mean, I can dig up better furry fetish art in a few minutes, some of them from people I'm sure troons would read except maybe they can't handle anything with more plot than the traditional 'pizza boy rings doorbell and sex ensues' plot of porn.
