There was too much interplay between ANTIFA/BLM and elected Democrats; a reality that renders ANTIFA/BLM more or less invulnerable for the time being. If serious investigations were opened into these groups, names like Soros and ActBlue would come up much too often for comfort amd risk exposing the pipeline of cash from Democrats (elected and private) toward activist groups that have been burning down cities and disrupting business for nearly a decade now. And once that domino falls the next in line are the prosecutors and attorneys general that allowed these people to go free every time they were caught.
Investigating ANTIFA/BLM implicates too many people. It will never happen beyond a token effort while their benefactors in office are still alive and drawing a pension. These investigations will happen 50 years from now (if they are to happen) when there is less interest and fewer people to arrest.
