Very uncharted waters. Even a swing state showing massive fraud would pretty much delegitimize an already shakily legitimate administration for roughly half the country, and maybe alert the rest. What happens after such an event is the uncertainty however, I suspect Biden's handlers might throw optics away in that scenario however.

afaik all the more rational ideas are that the Constitution is written to the effect that once the oath is said putting the dude in place there's no "undo" function
you can (in theory) do an impeachment in the house and conviction in the senate to put the VP in place but obviously that won't happen and wouldn't matter if it did, but yeah at most you can throw a spaz up to next election

I just pointed this out last night. Let's say we get "Yeah, Trump actually won, but we're ridin' with Biden, too late lol," We have these pesky things called other countries on our planet.

There's rules in place but those won't matter if half the country looks up and goes, "Huh, maybe those 1/6 people were onto something" in the event the audits do show sizable fraud or uncover sketchy shit, which seems to be the case if the Dems are screeching so much.

It was the case that the VP was the person in second place and wasn't selected. I don't recall the specifics why that was changed but honestly it seems like a good idea and maybe be something that should be looked at again.
