It is probably a lot what people have said: rebellion against male authority, idubbbz didn't want her to so of course she does it, etc. But one other thing: I mostly find Jordan Peterson cringe these days, but one time I heard him say that we outsource our sanity to our social circle: when we do dumb stuff, people in our social circle typically react negatively, so we adjust our behavior accordingly.
He was using it to talk about how loners can get very awkward or strange because they can't outsource their sanity in that way, but it made me think of celebrities and anyone who gets a little fame or even a following online. Your biggest fans will typically praise you no matter what you do, so you actually have no compass by which to navigate.
If you look at the responses to Anisa's tweet, she didn't even get ratioed: it's overwhelmingly positive. Everyone's telling her how amazing it looks, how she totally pulled it off, etc. She may genuinely think it looks good at this point.
I would, however, bet her OF $ may take a dive. Those numbers don't lie, but who knows: maybe coomers like that these days.
