Tim Pool - 'journalist' who claims to be a sensible centrist & sucks Sargon of Akkad's wiener; Afraid of the Milkshake ANTIFAs

I am looking for them, but not finding any posted online. Barnes mentioned the lawsuit is in Connecticut. Not sure if it's State or Federal Court though. Maybe someone with a PACER account could look @AnOminous ?

*edit* found it. It is in Federal Court.

LOL, it's the crazy cat lady who abandoned her cat with the dude who joined the beanie cult.

Even his tweets are boring. Can you find what is in common?
Yes, Tim does no actual work beyond Amber Lynn level of effort.

The Court Listener page for Tim Pool's lawsuit against his ex-employees at Subverse, the company he allegedly stole from his brother and then crowdfunded to the tune of $1 million dollars in 22 hours. (It was rebranded as SCNR because a softcore porn game was also using the name Subverse)

The news site / YouTube channel are effectively defunct, with no new content produced in the past 6 months.

The defendants (Emily Molli & Rocco Castoro) are representing themselves.

They are fucked.

*edit*

Locally saved Tims complaint to the farms. Yeah its his story and it's gonna be to make him look good, but this shit is wild. Apparently Emily and Rocco starting Doxxing people at the Jan 6 riot and Tim promptly fired them. In a fit, they did a No U, held an illegal board meeting without the majority shareholders, declared themselves the owners and ran off with the money and equipment. This was all shortly before the Cat Saga.

@Null this one is gonna be good.

Rocco is spending his time sending out spicy tweets when he should be writing his pro se response to the lawsuit (or in the alternative, working to pay for a lawyer)

The e-mails in the complaint are great. When Rocco was asked to set all other issues aside and just return the company equipment, he said he was reporting them to the FBI and SEC for attempting to destroy evidence and that they needed to stop harassing and threatening him.

Huh. Tim might actually be the good guy this time.

I do not doubt that Timmy is a bitch to work for, but the smart play in that scenario is to just quit. Not fuck off with thousands of dollars in company equipment and engage in Corporate Fraud. FFS Subverse was a worthless brand. It's not worth what this is now going to cost them.
cocaine's a hell of a drug.gif

Subverse Lawsuit Update!
Rocco Castoro and Emily Molli have answered the complaint. The people Tim Pool picked to run his new media empire literally just filled out a do-it-yourself legal defense form. They're being sued for no less than $1.2 million dollars.

I don't think they'll win, but I hope they do take Tim down a peg for failing to fire them properly. I also actually believe them when they say that they didn't enrich themselves based on Tim's spending on real estate.
The entire thing I'm getting out of this now that the lawsuit is starting to come into picture is two simple things:

  • Tim's detractor's are complete retards who will never be able to properly damage him despite having plenty of things to go after him for
  • Tim, despite being somewhat smart in knowing how to run his brand, will always shoot himself in the foot the other half of the time when he isn't smart and by paling around with some of the stupidest people alive

I would think people in the "alt news" industry would be so paranoid that getting any kind of legal council on retainer is the very first thing they would do when they go their hands on any substantial cash. The amount of these people that just wing it as they go probably shouldn't be as surprising to me as it is.
Both Pool and TYT have thoroughly convinced me why you should never try to open up your own publisher/news site. No matter how professional you are, it will ultimately always resolve into drama and conflict.

That just seems like a Left-wing thing. You don't hear this kind of thing out of Breitbart or the Daily Wire. Yes yes, they are biased--and so are ALL Leftist news sites--but they function as businesses. Subverse was a clown show from day 1 and I can't help but feel a little bad for those dumb investors.
