I dont think Kim lies about every miscarriage/pregnancy but Sammie definitely does for attention. Who actually knows how many times they’ve been legit pregnant though. They both pull this shit with the tests showing a faint/evap line, never a dark line. Sammie also can’t count and frequently messes up how far along she is. One time I believe she said she was 3 months, then a week later she was 5 months. That only happens on soap operas bruh. I don’t believe anything that these two say.

Miscarriages expel LOTS of blood and tissue as well as the fetus. Not to get too graphic, but it can be a very messy and disturbing scene. This literal sped who (cannot manage to keep her 5 year old son clean) expects us to believe she cleaned the miscarried fetus that well without destroying it? No way.

I'm against involuntary sterilization of anyone presumed to have the capacity to consent to sex. But INCENTIVISED sterilization? Offer 'em a one time grand pay out to get the snip, and they'll be lining up around the block. They don't have the foresight or delayed gratification to realize that they'll get more from social services in the long run by having a litter.

Apparently Cushing's syndrome, and related endocrine disorders, do drastically raise the chances for miscarriage. High cortisol levels interfere with proper placenta formation.
