He could spend $100, get a 256GB SSD and 16GB of RAM and have a laptop that would last another 5 years for what he uses for.

I'd been thinking about this yesterday and I thought "what if he really improved his setup (camera, green screen, etc) what if he read a troll tip, laughed at it and said "good burn. Thank you for the tip" what if he started working out and showering and being nice? What if he gets killed in kill of duty or street fighter and says "gg's man. He was just better than me...I need to practice more"

I say all of this and mean he is actually trying. Not just "getting that groove back" we see him being better.

I feel like for Phil the damage has been done and it's too late. His current whales will love it but there is no coming back for anyone else. It's just been so many years of scams that I don't know how you come back from that even if you're really trying to be better.

That is why I think his "career" is doomed to fail moving forward. Because it doesn't matter what he does. He can't come back.

Perhaps I'm wrong.

Any thoughts?

he had a closeup so he could say a stupid pun or something and it's half grey or something, I don't really remember to be honest but it looked less weird when it was zoomed in

Having whales doesn't prevent him from growing. The fact that he's a terrible, boring streamer does. Mama Burnell was right; nobody wants to watch a sad, neutered, stubborn old man beg for e-bucks and play video games while having a miserable time. His whales do make him extremely fragile. All it's going to take is for one or two of these paypigs to move on to someone new or lose their source of income for piggy to be in hot water.

- drinking gin
- patroling chat for dissidents
- receiving money he's not going to claim on stream

Second chance? Phil has been blessed with endless opportunities to change and better himself and he’s too lazy to take advantage of them. He will keep getting lazier and lazier until things finally hit rock bottom, and by that time there will be nothing he can do.

exactly, every single breath he takes is another chance to change his ways/bad habits (drinking gin every day, fast food, WWE, never going outside so no physical fitness. just living generally sinful all the time) but he just takes it for granted and carries on. its just really sad, not everyone gets that chance obviously
