Being "on the nod" or "nodding out" is a super common part of opioid abuse. It can happen without the user realising. Don't think she's shooting up but pain pills are a possibility.

Worked for someone who was on prescription tramadol that "didn't really affect" her, she nodded out all the time.
It's a tiresome subject but this is the arc we're in. Might lead swiftly into a death arc, the potential for a death on livestream event is real. It's a scary prospect as it may make YT look closely at al the gorls if Chins strokes out or has a heart attack on camera. This is the content Chins is giving us, if you're tired of it, cross your fingers she gets clean I guess? In regards to her THC consumption, I have a hard time believing that's the only thing she's on. I've smoked a time or two in my life before, it's extremely difficult to get that fuckered from just smoking.
We've seen her green out before; she becomes incoherent and falls asleep on stream. This just feels different. My guess is a street benzo (possibly re-pressed?) or opioid saga.

Yeah, it's not that difficult to get that stuff.
But all of this drug talk is kinda pointless in a way.
So, she definitely looks like she's on opiates of some sort. And she might be. The logistics of her getting either pharma grade drugs or some sort of street drug aren't insurmountable. Fentanyl is a huge thing in Canada, for example. Not hard to find at all. So she might be, she might not be, it's hard to say. It's especially hard to say because we seem to be forgetting how many serious medical issues this gorl has to begin with.
Her liver is fucking shot, so anything that gets metabolized through the liver -- like most drugs -- probably isn't being processed properly. Her cardiovascular system, between the clots, the "asthma," and the fact that it's clearly struggling to support a 400lb sedentary blob of flesh is also shot, so anything she smokes or even inhales could be fucking with her already dismal O2 supply. Her blood sugar is out of control, and that has serious implications for pretty much every system in the body, including the ones that help to clear drugs out. We're all drawing on our own experiences -- direct experience or anecdotal/clinical -- but unless those experiences involve an ultra morbidly obese woman with a laundry list of preexisting conditions, it's really hard to make a judgment call based on a few lives.
So yeah. It looks like opiates. I've never seen THC make someone nod out like that. But my experience with specimens like Chantal is pretty limited. Get a backlog of days and days of excessive THC that's not being metabolized or cleared properly, add an astronomical blood glucose reading, sleep apnea and general oxygen deprivation, the coke/meth/unknown drug residue that's probably still sticking to her hardened arteries, then mix in whatever psychological issues are underlying this whole fucking mess and who knows?
tl;dr is her body is so fucking wrecked that I wouldn't be surprised to see her nod off like that when she hadn't taken anything whatsoever. So opiates are a definite possibility, but we're not gonna know until she blurts it out someday. And she will. Be patient.

Exactly my feelings. I know its been said before, but I know Chantal and ALR lurk here so I will say it again. If this sad life fell on a nice person who was a good friend, daughter, sister, and citizen...I would genuinely feel bad and would never watch or make fun of the person.
But Chantal is a complete bitch. She doesn't care about anyone in the world but herself. She doesn't care about her mother, sister, Peetz, Bibi or any of her friends. Hell, even when she had loverboy Nader she didn't really care about him. She tried to break into his fucking house because he didn't answer her texts fast enough. That shows no respect or care for that person. And she only calls Bibi when she wants a sympathetic ear. I doubt she has ever been there for him, truly been there for him, when he had tough times. ALR and Chantal both think that saying "I'm sorry you are going through that. That sucks" while eye-fucking themselves on camera is showing concern. Never once do they think they should shut off the camera and actually support someone. Their lives will never get truly better until they realize their shitty me-first attitude is the biggest detriment to their happiness. Not their weight or binge eating disorder or whatever mental disorder they say they have this month.
