I think it's either self hatred for getting herself in this situation (you can kinda hear bile in the first clip), she's putting on an act to convince the audience and Ralph she's happy and is an awful actor, or a combo of both.

I'm leaning towards just a bad actor because I'm not sure if she's capable of introspection.

I will never not be amazed at the tendency of some posters to suggest that facepaint can solve this level of autism.
Also when it comes to makeup, I think "doing nothing" is actually "right". If you're not pretty after you wash your face, then you're not pretty. There's nothing wrong with not being pretty (most people just look average) but there's a lot wrong with being Gunted.
I actually think Pantsu looks fine and makeup has a negligible effect on her appearance, but she has the personality and voice of an absolute hellbeast.

Not sure if this was from the same stream, but Ralph went on to talk about how he doesn’t wear underwear. You could tell she had to pretend to agree with him.
