It looks like the build a bear stream was too much #freepippa

So, Pippa has decided to use her alternate Twitch account to talk a little bit about hololive. She's extremely frustrated with Cover since Coco's graduation and spent good 5 minutes venting about how management's level of incompetence is just one step away from outright malevolent sabotage (she let out a loud, frustrated scream when the incident with antis getting promotion to mods was brought up). She compared Cover to Nintendo: a company that prioritizes safety above all else and as a result, releases products that are virtually identical to previous ones, because any innovation requires a risk they're not willing to take. She believes this will bite Cover's ass soon, because viewers are going to realize they're not gonna receive anything remotely new or original if things stay this way. IRyS is a perfect example; Pippa thinks she's basically a worse version of Ina but with zero personality and debuted at the beginning od July just to give the viewers something new to talk about.

Not gonna lie, listening to her comparing Cover and Nintendo made me think a bit and now I'm even more concerned, because if hololive really goes in that direction, then Haachama wilk probably the next one to quit.
Since he didn't post the stream I think it might be this one, don't have the time to go through the entire vod, but she seems to start talking about hololive a little under 1 and half hours in https://www.twitch.tv/videos/1083684117

>Coco
I think someone took /vt/s shit takes on Coco's departure too seriously - at the end of the day we don't know if it's Cover's incompetence that led to her leaving or she just felt she wasn't able to move forward in Holo as she is now. Just because Lulu was able to explain why she left doesn't mean Cover management is worse than Nijis

I think people just want to villify someone for Coco's departure and Cover is the easiest target. Unless Coco or KSon straight up says "Yeah, Cover fucked up", I'm willing to give them the benefit of the doubt

>Nintendo
Why do people like ragging on Nintendo? They'd innovated some pretty good shit.

Unless they mean Pokemon, then sure I guess? But that begs the question again; why do people like ragging on Pokemon? COD, Battlefield, EA Sports keep regurgitating the same game year after year but noooo Pokemon is the problem

Also, Nintendo is safe? Since when? If anything, they manage to be industry leaders in their own niche.

>Offers nothing new and original
Niji debutted six established VTubers for their EN while Holo had 3 non-Vtubers yet Hololive is the bad guy with nothing new to offer.

They took their chances on people who never had any Vtubing experience yet Holo is "boring and unoriginal".

Or does she mean the format that Holo popularized is boring i.e. GFE experience, game streaming, zatsudana etc? Pretty sure Tsukino Mito and Nijisanji popularized that, so why is this Hololive's fault again?

If anything, this just feels like early VShojo/Veibae level rant where they just rag on Hololive and that "people should give indies and smaller Vtubers a chance".

Yeah, I had a feeling the audio was going to get her in trouble. If she actually stops her discussions/rants after this, I think I'll just stop watching PhaseConnect with the exception of watching Tenma. I tried watching the moth, but all of the Twitch alerts and noises are awful for trying to listen to someone speak.

confirmed, no more ram ranch shenanigans, management bonked her.

the audios might've been a bit over the line. but this bonk was kinda expected. today's stream feels a bit too safe so far, but, I need to wait a bit further to know for sure.

we'll always have lumi tho

The "seiso sells" mentality falls apart when you look at the numbers Coco was pulling when she departed. This just stinks of shit management.
True but you gotta remember they are streaming on SusanTube the smallest shit can get you demonetized and banned and that's not something every company would like to deal with
