I figure it is worth saying, due to some recent discussion, that " the plural of anectdote is not 'data' "
Just because phil did something or reacted differently than you did to something does not necessarily mean he is lying. I mean, he probably is, but saying that absolutely everything he says MUST be a lie muddies up the discussion a bit.

I don't think he is a troll, he seems like a kid that has nothing better to do and has some weird attachment to Phil. Phil probably gave him an ounce of attention and he probably pissed himself out of excitement.

Phil posted two photos of a paper cut, if he got the vaccine he would've mentioned it, even if he didn't experience side effects. And if he didn't get any side effects, he still would've bitched about it, because he's a whiny asshole.

You're misinterpreting what I was saying. Those are other points for why he is lying. Again, I think he is lying. I am simply saying the "well I did this and it didn't happen to phil so he must be lying!" posts are unproductive and prove nothing. Your points are valid ones.
