I honestly don't know how accurate this is, but it wouldn't surprise me if it's true. I would guess it's because while all Cluster B personality disorders feature overwhelming need for attention, BPDs are the neediest and attention-whoriest(and actual whoriest) of all the cluster Bs. Honestly it's not just the asymmetry (though that isn't helping, it's unbalanced), it's because of the tattoo itself. The dragon part isn't terrible. It's more detailed and more competent looking than most of what she gets, the lines are finer, the detail's better. It doesn't match anything else she has as a result, but I'm okay with that because frankly I'd like to forget the rest of them exist and adding ANOTHER piece of garbage on top of the garbage she already had wouldn't have been better.

My problem with it is that it looks like a tattoo done by two people. The dragon is okay (or at least a step above most of her stuff), but then the shit it's wrapped around is much more in keeping with the rest of her tattoos, with fatter lines that already look kind of fuzzy and diffused and a much less detailed, more cartoony, more amateurish look. I don't care enough to go back and check what's in that part of it, I know there's an ugly dagger or knife or something, but there's also a... heart? Skull? Some shit like that on the right-ish sort of end that just looks lumpy and ugly and mismashed. It's like a tattoo where the original artist had to leave halfway through and the apprentice who doesn't really know how to do anything and has only practiced one crude style came in to try and do the rest of it.
