Basically Matsuri posted a rant on her sub account (with the permission of her manager, no less) that Haachama bacially ghosted her.
Haachama said she was going on hiatus and couldn't be there for Matsuri's birthday stream, so Matsuri asked if she could pre-record a song and she agreed. As we got closer to the date, Matsuri asked about the song, and Haachama's manager presumably stepped in and said she couldn't do it.
Fast forward to Rushia's 3D event and Haachama is on stage with her. Matsuri feels like there's been a betrayal of trust. Says she'll be on hiatus until her birthday stream.
The MenHera comes out because even if her feelings are justified, she still made it public but insisted no one gets involved like a fucking 16 y/o Tumblr refugee on twitter would. It's caused a stir, to say the least.

The tweet that start everything totally wasn't given permission by manager.
This was during the time Haachama appeared on Rushia's. The translation is something like "Eh? I wonder why? (She/They) won't even respond to my request for a pre-recorded song.."
Obviously, the rrat ran wild, and only after this did she check up with manager and then give an explanation, which I posted a few pages ago. She probably was told off by management that she done fuck up and have to explain why she suddenly gone mental.
Oh and the tweet that said she will be on break until the 22nd apparently was made before Rushia event, so probably unrelated. Just perfect timing.
On a totally unrelated note. In the current Botan Payday 2 stream, one of her teammate is named "HONG KONG '97". He doesn't seem to be an asshole trying to get her into a trouble, just a rando. And Botan herself doesn't raise a fuss about it. Will see if the bugmen in exodus caught wind of this, and dare to touch the Empress of Russia herself.

If he thinks kson is going to give up as easy as Luna, which going by his sickeningly condescending tone, he probably expects. I hope he's sorely mistaken. Luna is still part of Hololive and can obviously not make a huge scene about him posting stuff relating to her roommate. kson literally has nothing holding her back now that she's no longer part of Hololive. I really hope he's in for a rude awakening when he gets to see what a real, unlike his fraudulent, lawyer letter looks like.
