The reason this will never happen is because if they offered to gift it Phil would say "No, just send me the money instead."

Which is why it's also bullshit that some mystery man gave him the XBOX and laptop. Phil would tell them to send the money instead and he would buy the things as he wanted them himself. And he did buy the XBOX and laptop himself.

I will say it is a big chunk of my interest. He's not a good liar and it makes him an excellent example of pretty much every "tell" that exists.

I think the fact that DSP is turning 40 next year is really starting to weigh on him. He just looks like a man that is descending faster and faster. He also seems to be showing signs of getting lonelier and lonelier. I think a lifetime of pushing everyone way except his parents and his loveless marriage is actually starting to take a toll on him.

I dunno, maybe rainbows. It just feels like in the last few months that DSP is getting angrier at an exponential rate. I know myself, I can barely even watch the restreams or highlights any more because he seems like he's lashing out constantly (moreso than before).

The best part about this is that Phil would bitch and moan if he ever played an XCOM game, saying he wouldn't know what to do or that the AI is bugged.
