BreadTube - The Unofficial ContraPoints Dickriders Club and the culture / drama surrounding the community.

Destiny’s editor has uploaded the second part of the Jon Zherka podcast in which the host meets his tankie clone Infrared. The first part has Haz only at the very end.

It is uncanny how similar Zherka and Haz are in their mannerisms, inflexions, and looks. Infrared also reminds me a bit of another streamer, Sliker; see, for example, Sliker’s argument with the real-life Jabba the Hutt named Alebrelle.
Haz told his audiance once that Sliker was his biggest influence.

since Cenk's nephew doesn't have one yet.
Nephew's cringey takes are of course plentiful, but i can't seem him warranting a thread unless someone can unearth his time as TYT's resident Frat Bro douche charecter "BroTip." Almost any refrence to it has been nuked from the main channel and the TYT University channel, but if anyone has archives of it, they would be valuable to show the not-so woke origins of the internets "favorite leftist chad."

That, and any choice annecdotes that could emerge from his time as an actual Frat bro douche at Rutgers.
She is a white nationalist
"She" is a he.

I have an honest question for everyone who watches this thread. Have you even encountered anyone who watches anyone on Breadtube and thought they had something important to say or is this all just being propped up by Approved Globohomo?
I know a DC based shitlib who unironically likes Shaun and cuntrapoints. But even people who "watch breadtube" have opinions about which creators are acceptable and which ones are not. I doubt most adult men or women who watch Vaush would even admit to it.

Most of breadtube is basically just left-neoliberalism. It serves as a containment for far-leftists who, whatever you think of them, could potentially pose a threat to the system. People like Jimmy Dore, Glenn Greenwald, Max Blumenthal, Aaron Mate, etc, may have some wacky views but they do often take up counter-narrative talking points. Breadtube exists to nullify that, make far-leftists solely concerned with individual identity, divided, and ineffective.

IRL? Zero. They know now that breadtube is getting worse and is getting less acceptable to admit to watching.

Anyone I know who's aware of any Breadtuber mocks them, Vaush especially. I've known like one or two people who liked Destiny (back when his Jontron debate was still fresh in peoples minds) but I don't think he counts.
Knew one person who I figured watched ContraPoints because they posted "Trans Liberation Now" on Twitter which I think is something from Contra (don't follow Breadtube outside of word of mouth drama and occasionally skimming this thread). The only reason I mention this individual was when the SuperStraight thing was going on and people were sharing screencaps of tweets from retards and troons melting down from it, I saw one from them and it gave me a little chuckle. Speaks for itself really.

Among internet friends: Yes.

Among people I know in real life: No.

Only if myself counts, and my ex who I got started. But that was like when Contra was still a man and Breadtube was H.bomber, Contra and Shaun.

I did watch Vaush for a bit already when he had under 50, 000 subs but he was only ever white noise as I did my homework. But most of Breadtube exists because YouTube loves them.

Looks like Renegade Cut isn't doing so well. https://archive.md/TBlmg https://archive.md/9xZA1

I know a few people who watch actual breadtube, but otherwise I'd say the closest I see most people getting are breadtube adjacent channels like Lindsay Ellis and Jenny Nicholson. Actual full on political shit like contra and Shaun isn't very popular with normal people who are working a 9-5.

I don't know, she hasn't made content in years and was mainly posting her tits on Twitter before deciding that she wanted nothing to do with the internet and fucked off. Her content was a more shit-posty version of Peter coffins. I guess she was breadtube but her takes were more inline with tankies then your standard breadtube bs.

If Youtube isn't showing your videos to subscribers it's because they've noticed that people they're shown to aren't watching them (or they're only watching a little then closing out), the same goes for recommending videos to non-subscribers.

Youtube is overflowing with soulless leftist mongoloids screeching about Republicans, the police, pity parties about having "anxiety" and depression - there's going to be a saturation point where unexceptional garbage like Renegade Cut just doesn't meet people's standards and they just go watch Contra or simp for ethots on Twitch instead.
