The guy that donated the vest LITERALLY said the exact same thing as the last one.
"Phil I noticed that people are supporting you and I want to contribute too." Then, gave a list of items for him.

3 donations, 3 different people that talk the exact same way.

I know he lies a fuckton, but still surprises me somehow lmao

I know he’s lazy, but could he at least put a little bit of effort in to these lies?

I've been thinking about Phil and his new laptop. Phil is so paranoid that he literally pops a bollock when he hears a noise outside. There's no way he would realistically trust a donated laptop. He would immediately assume it's a wacky laptop, rigged with troll spyware. To me this proves beyond any doubt that he bought the laptop.

Just putting my stance out there. I know it's waistcoat day, but I'm still thinking about the laptop.
